Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

As I type this I am stuck in the drive through with a line of cars behind me. Im stuck in the place of no return right before where you order. I've been waiting over 15 minutes now, and I've yet to even order. This is the slowest service I've ever seen from 'fast food'. I've dined in to places and been served quicker than I can even place an order through the drive though at this location. I finally got to the order box, and I've been told to wait. It's downpouring rain and even cracking my window is getting me soaked. So I placed my order and asked for honey for my biscuit, ketchup for my fries and spicy chicken. Well no honey, no ketchup, and the chicken was original not spicy and honestly the food is room temperature. Total wait time was 25 minutes. I won't be coming back to this location and if you value your time and money, don't go to this location. This place needs to be shutdown and replaced.

Worst place to go to, the one who worked on 01/13/21 at the drive thru who was a girl has a bad attitude and didn’t get my order right, worst thing was I gave her $30 dollars to what I believed my total was $29 that girl ended up not giving me my money keep in mind she only gave me the cents back. Either she’s a thief or can’t count.. I had came back twice and by the time I knew about the money I wasn’t trying to come back! I bet I wouldn’t have gotten it back anyways.
