Dunkin' Donuts

I'm a little confused. Google says they're open 24 hours, comments make it seem like they are, but hours posted outside say the latest their open was.. 11 I think? Maybe? I know for a Friday night they close at 10. I went at around 7. Hardly any donuts, cashier was nice. I got tired of asking what they had because it was all just "no" even when I was looking at the donut I had asked for. I rarely have cravings for donuts, so I don't know how they are usually but I wasn't impressed. Also, upon entering, some girl got out of a van right at the door, where I was at to go inside, and then rushed around me to get in first and call some guy from the back up to give him some cash. I don't know what it was about, neither did the cashier, but I definitely felt uncomfortable with this woman leaning almost all the way over the counter, calling this man and waving money.

Updated review: Management or something in the leadership has changed. This location is now the worst DD I've ever been to and it's not even close. The laundry list includes the lack of service and ridiculous time from order to receiving your items. When you finally get your order, the items are usually wrong or they forgot something. The employees ask me what I ordered once I've paid or when I arrive at the window the past 4-5 times I've visited...awful service. My old review: Great location, great service, too. Customer service has always been very good at this location. Highly recommend.

I go here often. Usually great service. Young girl in the afternoon needs some customer service skills.. Like " how can I help you" instead of just staring at a customer. Store was really dirty in the late afternoon. Shoes sticking to the floor, and dirty bowls of water at the register. I get it in the morning, but clean up a little after the rush is over.

I suppose I like my drinks too complicated. DD (here and other locations) often have a hard time when I ask for customized drinks. It's best to order simply. You have to specifically ask for napkins for messy Boston Creme donuts, too. Otherwise, the donuts are worth it for any DD location. Iced Lattes are great, but the food items for both lunch and breakfast just don't taste like quality. A couple times I've received an item that was frozen in the center (the egg). I do it at home, too, with the frozen sandwiches, but it leaves me only wanting to visit DD for donuts and a coffee treat.

This location has the worst management I have ever experienced. Half the time their latte machine is "out of order". They always seem to be out of doughnuts, but wait...aren't they a doughnut shop? I ordered 4 different types of doughnuts and was told they didn't have any of them. I called to speak to a manager when I got home and the kid who answered the phone (extremely unprofessional) stated there was not a manager available. I find that hard to believe. I'll be calling back in the morning, or maybe I'll just speak to their corporate office.

I tried it twice. The first night the cashier was new and had no idea what to do but it was late and I was ok with it and just wanted some caffeine. I returned the next morning. There was not a line and placed my order. I said two large caramel lattes with an extra shot of espresso in each. She rings me up then goes to make my drinks...and goes would you like sugar and creamer?...I said no...she replies "so just black coffee"....I said oh uh the two caramel lattes.....she said yeah ok... I mean not terrible service, they tried. There was just no organization nor something. It was like two people were just thrown in there without training or heck I don't know. I might give it another shot one of these days but lately just going to the gas station has been easier.
