Taco Bell

Went through drive through about 2:30pm today for lunch and placed 2 orders. Both had the Chedder chalupa cravings box and the 2nd order with a regular chalupa. When I got back to the office, I was not able to eat this as it was burnt beyond belief and was not edible, as I was not able to go back to the store and get an edible one due to going on my lunch break at work, I just trashed it. The non chedder one was edible. I had stopped going to Taco Bell for the lack of food quality, looks like I am not going back because the quality still SUCKS!!!!!

This has to be the most poorly run Taco Bell I have ever seen. I'm a long-time fan of TBell, but every time I go to this specific one, which unfortunately is the closest one to me, they are either out of Beef, or Chicken, or Tortillas, or Dr Pepper, and today their system was down so I couldn't even order. I'm surprised it hasn't burned down at this point based on how poorly it is run. I can't imagine how disgusting the kitchen is either! Please shut this location down or fire the management team and start over. Signed -A lifelong TBell fan who wishes his didn't suck!

I live less then half mile from here and I've had the worst experiences. Orders are alwas wrong food not proportion right and put together sloppy. I felt very discriminated and unwelcomed tonight when the pretty lady at drive through window doesn't speak or make eye contact through whole service is like she was afraid of a racial conflict just cause the color of my skin is really a shame 😪 next time I'll circle the place to see who's working before attempting to acquire a meal here
