Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

This Cheddar's service is hit or miss 50% of the time. Today I order the 6 Oz steak with 2 sides. There is a 99 cent upcharge for a salad as the 2nd side. No problem. Meal came out without salad. I ask and told it'll be out. Never got drink refill and had to get my silverware. After meal is finished, I inform server that I never got my salad and would like my check. Manager came with check, full price. I tell her I never got my 2nd side, the salad, and would like to be comped for that. She came back with only the upcharge off the ticket. Try to explain I only got 1 side and the 99 cents is the upcharge for the salad. She didn't understand I only got 1 side and kept arguing the 99 c was the comp. And then took their sweet time returning my credit card.

Clean, awesome teamwork, Brittany ,our waitress, was amazing. Took great care of us.Food was fresh & tasty. I had Salmon ,grilled with green beans and carrots no rice. Yummy! Hubby had Ribs which he loved. Definitely will return. Well worth the gas to get there! Also, their live plants all looked amazing.

Third time we've ordered to go and all 3 times we waited more than 20 minutes past our pickup time and then when we do finally get our food it is cold. Called the manager to let them know and simply get a "oh we are sorry sir". No attempt to ask if we'd like to get some hot food to replace our cold food, no explanation until I pulled it out of them that they only have one person. People remember service more than anything and you guys are doing a poor job.

Better deal at Sonic. The wait and quality of food was only matched by the level of service. Utterly poor. We waited for 20 minutes to be seated, another 40 minutes to get our food. Another 20 minutes to get refills and silverware. Our burgers fell apart in our hands while we were eating. Two of the three orders were wrong. Sorry but skip this place. We should have been paid to eat here. :/
