Jet's Pizza

Wish I could rate it zero stars. The customer service here it so bad. This is the second time I ordered from here and waited over an hour and had to call and see what’s going on. They then told me that the order was still there and not sure when it will go out. No call to let me know what’s going on. I love jets pizza but will no longer do any business with this jets pizza again.

We came to this area in 2014 and really have gotten to like Jets Pizza. The taste has been really good in the past and have never had a complaint until recently. We’ve had now three unpleasant experiences in the past two months. First they took 2 hours and 15 minutes to deliver a Luke warm pizza. They gave us free wings the next time we ordered as a consolation. The past two times they have delivered us a burnt pizza. Being too nice we didn’t complain the first time but this past Friday it once again showed up burnt. They did not offer to bring us a new pizza and only begrudgingly agreed to a free pizza next time. Quite frankly I’m afraid the free pizza will show up the same way so I don’t know if we will ever call them again. Something has changed in this place and they had better fix it or they will lose all kinds of business. I cannot recommend this location based on their recent track record. My recommendation is to find someone else that actually cares about quality and customer service.

We don't order from this place often but we did recently and it was wonderful. We ended up eating the whole pizza in one sitting. 😱😂 Even better we had a school sponsored coupon program that we tried to use on online, as per the directions, and it wouldn't work. The local store honored it anyway and actually went above and beyond and found a store coupon that was an even better deal that they applied. Definitely we will come back when we're in the mood for a good deep dish Detroit style pizza.

I'm so tired of mediocre service and workers/companies thinking this is acceptable. I used to enjoy this pizza and location. Considering you charge a lot for delivery and a ridiculous price for a salad, I rarely get both. Thanks for screwing up a simple salad order and delivering with an overcooked pizza - again. What's 1.5 hr for a replacement salad. Hindsight- should've just taken the credit. The only good things were the manners of the manager when I called. To top it off, the delivery guy left the replacement on my doormat and was in his car when I opened the door. Drove away as I was picking it up. Laughable, so keep the money. The way this place is tanking, you'll need it. Done with you unprofessional, mediocre guys, moving on to better food and better service.
