Kfc

This kfc used to be great, I'm not sure what happened but now everytime I visit it's something. Last time I got 2 sides of mashed and was not given any gravy. This time I was given crispy chicken instead or original recipe. I stop here in the middle of a 2 hour drive to bring my grandmother lunch and it's really frustrating that even when not another person is there they still cant get my order right. The only reason they still get 2 stars for me is because until 4 to 6 months ago every meal i picked up here was great. Their hours also do not match was is listed online. I'm just trying to take my grandma her favorite lunch man.

Giving two stars because I’m nice, I’m currently in the drive through and been in the line for the past 20 minutes in the same spot, most likely making me late for work smh, it’s called fast food for a reason if I wanted to wait this long then I would’ve went to a restaurant, this is insane. And last time I came here my crunch wrap wasn’t even wrapped it.

I stopped by here just after 12 noon and I was told they would open 30 minutes later. Opening time said 12 noon. After coming back at 12:45 I was told they were still not open. They finally took my order and the fries had no seasoning on them. The chicken tenders were hard. The employee was nice, but the food wasn't desirable.

Went there at night time they had closed early and didn’t answer the phone or the speaker three cars including me left without a response from any employees or even a posted piece of paper notifying us of early closure. This all after the wait times get up 45 minutes most times if they have chicken at all. This is not the way we ever did business under Bo and the rest of our team. The first car stopped my son n I and asked what was going on we were both genuinely concerned that they were having a crisis or possible burglary and yes if everything was fine then we were upset at not being able to get our orders and or responses I felt it was not at all professional.C Blair
