Wendy's

I just wanted to be honest real quick, I don’t know if it makes me petty but I found it super unprofessional. They may have been in the middle of a rush. But what rush does Wendy’s have at 10:30 in the morning on a Thursday? I would know I used to work there. I just called because I have yet to receive my W2 from them. So I call to I can ask.. As soon as I mentioned W2 to the manager that answered, she hung up. Again the second time, a young man answered and gave the phone to the manager. Shirlene, and she again hung up. So the third time I wasn’t as friendly and got straight to the point. Because if I were to go inside I wasn’t going to be nice at all.. just wanted to share my experience because again, I found it beyond unprofessional and rude.

Received the wrong food. Worker came outside and yelled at me about it. Raising her voice at me and acting threatening. Claimed I told her I had the correct food even though she came out to tell me that I had the wrong food while waiting for my salad and I agreed that I did. She then brought me only the salad and when I questioned where the rest of my food is she told me I claimed to have the right food… which I did not. She then gave me only 1 item I was missing. Pointed at my car with her coworker and laughed as I drove away. This place needs serious training and different employees and that woman should be fired. I didn’t catch her name but happened 4/25 @ 5:45

I just went to the drive-thru at 8:50 p.m. today (5/22/22) and was told they “Would not be taking orders for 15 minutes” as they were doing a shift change. Wait. What? Wow, just wow. They and Taco Bell should just close up shop. I don’t see how they make any business with this lack of customer service. I don’t know if I will be returning. Vote with your dollar folks, vote with your dollar.

If your store is open to the public inside now, a worker should be at the screens waiting on them. Not every employee clinging to the drive thru window. Looks like a play ground more than a work place to the customers.. Ask for service and they all look at you like they don't speak English. Managers stand there and let's it happen as well. Poor management makes poor workers. This smyrna restaurant should be investigating by corporate.
