Fazoli's

Took the family today. Spent 60 for four people... ordered the Spicy Ziti. Now I like sauce and all the pictures, plenty of sauce. Got my $11 pasta (after tax price) and it hardly had any sauce. We asked for more sauce and even after showing them the dish(pictured) the girl said she put enough. She then charged almost $2 for extra sauce. She brought it over in a soup container. I opened it and it was 1/4 full of sauce. (Pictures). It may have been 1/2 a cup of sauce. On top of that the food was very salty, much like the staff when we asked for more sauce. Won't darken the doors here again. Overpriced, poor customer service and sub par food. There are plenty of authentic Italian places who charge just as much for much higher quality food. Update: Owner's response shows a lack of desire to address the issues... just sorry for the outcome. So am I, owner.

It was never the best, but it's gone way downhill. $40 for spaghetti (not what I ordered, but already took too long to even get that), chicken fettuccine and 2 slices of pizza. They don't do the cheese grating thing anymore. Never got bread sticks despite asking twice, and multiple other people around us got them. I know no one is going to actually believe this, but we're very polite so I don't know what the deal was. Won't be back, what a waste of money.

Stopped here for a late lunch. Ordered the flat bread pizza for under $5. Cindy took my order and handed me my drink cup. She said she would bring order out shortly. I filled my drink cup and took a seat in dining area. Place was not real busy but several tables were being used. Area was clean and orderly right after the lunch crowd left. Cindy brought out my order with a coup bread sticks. Flatbread pizza was excellent and filling. Excellent lunch experience.

This was the worst experience I ever had at a Fazolis. They gave me my food which was really cold, like really cold. I asked the woman for bread sticks and she says to wait until she gets done cleaning the tables but she never came so I took my food and asked them to warm it up but all they did was take hit spaghetti sauce and dumped it on top of all my food. I was so disgusted I just left.

DON'T PLACE ONLINE ORDERS......Placed order online on Friday, usually restaurant websites will be closed not able to place orders if they aren't open. I did it in the morning and it let me schedule for the evening delivery. They didn't bother calling me to let me know they were closing early and didn't refund cancel my other. I finally received an email after 8pm saying that my delivery is cancelled. I called the store and they notify me that the district manager needs to refund money. They don't automatically refund money even though my order was cancelled online. They said if my money is not refunded by Tuesday to call again and ask for district manager.
