Ordered a large pizza and a 10” cheesy bread a two liter and a 20oz drink. An hour later, food was delivered by door dash without drinks. Subtotal was different on drivers screen than what I was charged. Delivery came from different location from one I called. Employee starts to inform me he can’t refund my money. I tell him to just send me the drinks I paid for. Over 25 minutes passed, I call back and a different person answers and says they weren’t told to send out drinks. Now at 10 pm I have to go out and buy my own drinks from the market and come home to eat cold pizza. Very sorry excuse for customer service. I will not be buying from papa John’s in the future.

The last 3 times I've ordered cheesesticks for my 3 year old... I've asked them NOT to forget my garlic sauce never fails but I get charged for it. This last time I literally told them to make sure it was in there and guess what NOTHING AGAIN! NOT to mention had to wait almost 2 dam hours to get cold dry cheesesticks. Don't bother trying to talk to a manager they won't answer. You won't get my services EVER AGAIN!

Terrible service. Okay pizza. Racists workers. Had to wait 15 minutes for my pizza that was already ready sitting right in front of me because the white couple next to me had were “waiting 15 minutes for their pizza.” I was ignored for 15 minutes after asking twice for them to just hand me my pizza that was already done and paid for sitting 5 feet away. The workers also had the audacity to get an attitude with me. If you’re black you will receive terrible customer service here. Never going back.

I usually let things pass.....not this! I going to call corporate as well as write this posting. 1.Let's start with the pizza it looked as if it rolled around it the back seat of the drive's car. 2. I called the location and asked for the manager (BIG MISTAKE) Alexis stated she was the manager, I explained to her what the pizza looked like, she told me I don't think the driver would do anything to it. 3. I asked if I could send her some pics.(No!) She asked for the delivery address and told me looks as if I get pizza and only pay the delivery fee. Since she went there..miss smart self! If I am able to use points all the time that means I order a lot (common sense miss manager) 4. So, instead of just saying I apologize about the way the pizza was delivered she wants to tell me and my purchase history which is not the point (miss manager) I never asked for anything. Oh yeah, It was burnt as well! And Alexis also stated when I told her I was going reach out to the GM and Corp. she would give me the number...Don't have a Excellent Customer Service 101 1.Listen 2. Apologize 3. Offer something 4.Solution : A company CAN'T fix a problem if it is never addressed. It is a shame that Amy the General Manager is away and small things like this happen. She may need to be re-trained in customer service! And yes I'm going to add pics everyone can see the proof. And it is sad that I was mistreated over a pizza.....Thank you I will go hungry next time!

Will definitely not order from this place again, while waiting saw worker stroking his beard with his bare hands while preparing pizza's. Immediately canceled my order. Beware unless you want and extra topping of hair. Really disgusting!

I ordered a pizza online at 3PM today for delivery at 5:30. The order was delivered at 6:15...45 minutes late. This might be acceptable had they not known 2+ hours prior to delivery. The only reason I'm giving them a 2 is because at least the pizza was warm, and order was correct.

Just need to say that after managing restaurants for ten years I was extremely disappointed in the way Stephen the manager handled my problem. We order the same pizza at least once a week and tonight we received the wrong type of pizza. When I talked to Stephen and told him that I double checked my order he said that was not what they received. When I said I didn’t know why it showed up wrong on his end he basically said I was out of luck or I was lying. I did get him to send me the correct pizza but only after I got upset. This is no way to run a business. I only hope he didn’t do something I wouldn’t like when he made the pizza. Not saying he did but who knows. Also I’m hoping the owner sees this.

Experience two weeks ago was terrible. Pizza over an hour late and was cold. Tried again and this time everything went great. On time and pizza hot and good. Will try a third time again.
