Taco Bell

If I could give zero stars, I would. Hours for weekdays are until 10 PM as stated online, but they just close up shop whenever they feel like it. Today they had a makeshift sign taped to the drive-thru mic with a band-aid that said closing at 8 PM. The cars in line 10-15 minutes before then were denied service but trapped in the line because there’s no way to get out of the line once you are in it. Had to wait another 15 minutes just to be able to leave with no service or food. Trash establishment. Was good a long time ago sadly.

This place has always been my go-to for my cravings. It has done great things, but there's a limit to how much bad things they provide that I can handle. Just got home when I open my bag and see that the chalupa I ordered wasn't wrapped properly, causing it to open up and release its contents everywhere. Then, checking the contents to see if the rest was okay, but the burritos we ordered, only 3 were in the bag when I ordered 4, all wrapped like a 5 year old would wrap, leaking sauce and beans everywhere. At least the nachos and cheese were in the bag. It would be difficult to screw That up.

So within the last 4 years or so, this location was my all time favorite taco bell that I'd ever been to in Tennessee. Never had a bad experience, the food was always perfect, the store was clean and everyone was nice. My fiance and I decided to drive the extra distance to this specific location, being as it was our favorite. We went in, ordered through the kiosk as we normally do because we are always super indecisive so it makes it easier for everyone. We sat at a table while we waited for our dine in order. An employee (who was actually super friendly and professional) brings our food to us in a to go bag, stickered shut and we have to remind him about our 1 large drink. We accept the bag because it really doesn't make much of a difference. We opened it up to try and figure out what's what and who gets which. Well each thing was so messed up and missing key ingredients none of the items were even recognizable. Not only was every single item wrong and not what we ordered at all, everything was absolutely cold to the touch. As if they were all from this mornings order that nobody picked up. Nothing was even remotely hot. Very unappetizing but since we hadn't eaten the entire day until 6pm we just ate it and went on with our night. The employees all were standing around talking and laughing and saying how they're clocking out, which is fine but this just made it obvious that they didn't care about our order what's so ever. Tonight, my entire perspective on Taco Bell is ruined. I'd say this experience has given me the decision to never eat at this franchise ever again.

I usually love this taco bell, It's one of the best in the area. This experience was the worst I've ever had I ordered 2 of the new grilled cheese burritos. 2 beef burritos, and I got 2 cold tortillas straight from the bag, cold beef and unmelted cheese. One of the beef burritos was just ground beef and Chipotle sauce. No rice no cheese, Nothing that I ordered was right, this has thoroughly ruined taco bell for me. I'm done with this franchise

Friendly staff. I only got two fiesta burritos and asked for one to have refried beans instead of black beans, but they just put black beans on both of my burritos even though I paid extra for the refried beans... So that's annoying. But they did have breakfast salsa available in the lobby, which I've never had and it was really good.
