Arby's

First off I have to give a big shout out to the wonderful staff at the Smyrna location on Sam Ridley Blvd for helping me. As a cancer patient who has been on chemo for 31 months my eyesight and memory occasionally gets real bad. During my visit at this location i had a short attack which I was helped by two associates. Thank you both!!! The Beef n Cheddar combo was hot and delicious as well was my curly fries. Clean restaurant and friendly, helpful and respectful employees. Arby's will start seeing my business on a regular basis.

Great experience, we had just arrived in the area with our truck and 5th wheel camper, and the Arby's parking lot was really big. We had no problem parking. We got inside and a girl behind the counter greeted us as we ducked into the bathroom to wash our hands. It was nice to be in an Arby's that didn't have locks on the bathrrom doors. When it was our turn to order, this beautiful woman named Patrice got us taken care of, and the food was excellent. Everything looked like it does in the display. The food was hot and the fries were fresh. I was so happy. The girl took her time too. I asked for two horsey sauce and four Arby's sause and that's what she did. Most times in other locations they just drop a bunch of both in the bag, and we're like, "Well, all this is going to waste." My wife says we need to stop back by this location on our way out of town as we continue our camping vacation.

Dining room closed on friday night about 7pm because they got a supply truck in - huh ?? No sign on the door indicating same ( had kids with us...). I felt like an inconvenience to the mgr. / drive thru person. This store should / could be killing it but I guess it's just enuf profit to keep the senior bosses happy. $27 for 3 'small size condo's- not a great value, btw...

Terribly slow!!! They shouldn’t even have a drive through. It takes you twice the time it would to go inside to order and eat it most of the time! I have been coming here because it’s close to my work but it is always a slow headache. I’ve been where the system had issues and where there was none and I still end up waiting for a whole person to go through the drive up process before my order is even taken. They wouldn’t make it at McDonalds money levels with that type of speed…guess that’s why you have to charge so much.

My husband ordered us $40 worth of food. All I wanted was a beef n’ cheddar. I could tell by how awfully it was wrapped that it was going to be messy.. but when I opened it the sandwich literally wasn’t together at all. It was slopped together so badly. I did my best to reconstruct it because I try not to complain and to be grateful. But it’s just not fair to pay for actual trash. When I took a bite, there was almost no cheddar at all, and the roast beef was gristle. It actually had a crunch to it. So disgusting. At 3 months pregnant I was so nauseous just looking at it, that I had to throw it away. Bless my husbands heart, because he got 3 of them. He knew I was craving it. They were all the same…. It’s just not right.
