Buffalo Wild Wings

Focus on getting to go orders correct. I ordered 40 wings, 2 regular fries (1 with chili and queso) and fried pickles. Got my order and 2 flavors of the wings barely had any sauce on them. Then it was missing an order of fries and the other order with chili and queso weren't fries they were potato wedges. I went back in and the hostess took the wedges threw them away and went and got me the fries. Then proceeded to roll her eyes Then walk away. I was still missing the other fries so I waited for her to come back. She came back and said to me "Yeah" as if I was bothering her. I said I'm missing my other order of fries. She sighed and said there right there I said no I had 2 orders of fries one regular and on with chili and queso. She ripped off the receipt from the bag and rolled her eyes and went to the back and came back with the fries. This time not checking them just left with my food as I was frustrated. I get home and she had given me another fry with chili and queso. My wife if lactose intolerate so she couldn't eat them. So they went to waste. So maybe less music and dancing in the kitchen which I could clearly see and hear and more paying attention to getting orders correct. This is the 4th time getting to go orders at this restaurant and it will be my last time. No more "oh it might be different this time".

Was here with a work buddy having a meeting. The beer was cold and the wings was awesome! They were having a buy 1 wing get one free so we got double the order to take home. The server (wish I remember her name) was great! She seen we were having a meeting and limited her visits to the table to take care of us. Overall a good visit.

Overall good. I've been in many locations around the states despite COVID hitting everyone with a great force, I am glad places like BWW amount others are still figuring things out. As a customer it is easy to just go somewhere else but as a owner I understand how difficulty it is to maintain any restaurant. Good place, good environment and sure thing we will come back

After attending the BWW in Knoxville, I had lost all hope but decided to give the Nashville location a try. The food was better, but we sat for maybe 20 minutes before being acknowledged. Seeing our server attend to the tables around us and not even look our direction or, worst walking right past us. Eventually the host that sat us had walked back to get our drink order

I went around midday, no wait inline, but no hostess was available for five minutes. After being seated, my boyfriend and I waited another ten minutes before selecting a different restaurant. Edit two weeks later after posting and messaging corporate survey. - This time I went for a takeout. The app said it would take twenty minutes for a 4 piece kids meal with fries and a small drink. I sent my boyfriend in at the time the app said the meal would be completed. The hostess was not available for five minutes and was upset that my boyfriend was picking up my food. She was able to give him the order, but forgot the drink. He stood inside for another five minutes before an ex worker told him to grab whatever he wanted since none of the on duty workers were present. May I suggest raising your workers wages so maybe they'll care about their jobs a little more.
