Mcdonald's

I give a three score because this is not the only McDonald's I have been to in the last four months that have exactly the same issue? Are the fries now flashed cooked? It seems as though the fries go from the hopper, into the basket and placed in hot oil to get a quick heat to them and then pulled out. Some are still as cold as the cold in Antarctica. Well, use to you could call and actually talk to someone. I called and the only thing I heard was, "sorry the voicemail is full". Might as well eliminate the land line. On May 06th, 2022, I stopped in this location to get some fries. Upon entering, I saw a few guys standing there, basically loitering. After I placed my order, one of the guys started reaching over and proceeded to ring up his order, all while the teenager working the register allowed him. Another guy asked the same kid to put more caramel sauce in his frappe after having contact with the drink. I called and let the manager in LaVergne know what happened because the manager had her hands full.

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald’s locations that I have ever visited. Staff is completely rude and disinterested; it started with the gentleman at the drive-through ordering system coming on the speaker with a greeting of “yeah, what do you need”, I ordered, his reply was “first window” (nothing else said). I pulled up to pay, had my card taken and handed back (nothing was said during this interaction). I went ahead a pulled forward to the pick up window and my bag was shoved at me (again the employees made no attempt to speak). If you don’t want to work, then don’t work; but if you do, then at least put forth some sort of effort. Definitely will not give this location my business; after all I don’t want to in convenience the employees with my patronage. The degradation of work ethic is astounding. To top it off, the food was cold and stale. Tried calling, but all you get is a voicemail system that says it full and cannot accept new recordings (must be filled up from too many dissatisfied customer complaints).

Staff was rude. Went through drive thru and was skipped in the ordering process 2 times. When she finally got to me (me after saying hello hello) she rushed me. Was beyond rude. Asked for 'some' honey mustard said i would pay for it. She gave me one. I ask for more gave me 1 even after i said i would pay

Half raw ¼lb. Drink not filled.. asked drive thru kid if my other tea was Un-Sweet, said Oh yeah... well, it was sweet... If i hadn't checked, my wife wouldn't have had a drink cause she's diabetic... no sauces w my nuggets... and what is this, Pull over to the waiting area for your food...terrible !!

The cheeseburgers were good 👍 and the French fries were to...... But what is it with the large fries??? You still get the Big Red holder your so accustomed to getting!! But the fries themselves, it's a disappointment!! Is McDonald's afraid they're going to give you toooo many fries?? Come on guys, you charge extra for this and you charge extra for that. You more than make up for those fries you put in the large fries container. When I order a large FF, give me a full container. If I had wanted a small order of FF, I would have placed my order that way! Geez. 😡
