I just ordered uber eats from this starbucks and wow... the packaging was absolutely amazing... the coffees with stickers on the lip openings.. the food wrapped individually the bag closed with three stickers.... it was so nice to see they take care of the food. plus everything was good even the actual food lol

I had a really bad experience today: I ordered 2 coffee travelers yesterday to pickup today at 8:20 for an event at my daughter’s class. When I got there the employees didn’t know anything about my order so they didn’t have it ready for me!!! I had to wait 15 more minutes for my order to be ready but I wished have left and go to another place but I didn’t have any other option. So I waited and arrived late at my daughter’s school. I was very very mad. And they even didn’t care or made it up for me...

As a Starbucks Gold member, I visit frequently. My most recent visit was on a slow Wednesday afternoon. I ordered a Teavana shaken iced tea and was asked if I’d like it with lemonade as opposed to water and I said sure. After paying with my Starbucks app and I looked at my balance, it appeared I was charged a different price for my drink than what was posted on the board. When I asked the cashier about the price difference she said it was the lemonade. It would be helpful if staff mentioned lemonade is an additional cost when ordering - otherwise it seems underhanded. After finding a comfy window seat to enjoy my beverage, the other staff member started sweeping the room and came towards me. He continued sweeping around my feet, but did not ask if it was OK to sweep near me, nor did he excuse himself for sweeping dust on my feet. I got up and moved and he said nothing and just kept sweeping. I don’t feel the guest service was up to par nor was I made to feel welcome - I felt literally swept out like the dirt.

Please don’t go to this Starbucks. It’s not worth it, there are good locations close by. The barista working here on Saturday Morning is incompetent, and just plain rude. I placed a simple order of 2 drinks and a good bit of food. The food was brought out without a hitch in minutes, yet I spent close to 20 minutes waiting for my drinks while the barista brought out drink after drink for customers who came in after me. When I finally spoke up, the barista didn’t even apologize for my wait, thank me for my order, or even say anything. They even attempted to give me the wrong drink. I spent almost $40 total, even if you spend $5 there, it’s not worth the poor customer service. Vote with your dollars!

Starbucks is Starbucks and this review is for something I went to 3 months ago and so I haven't been back since. This one's clean nice of the people were cool. Butt pain $7 for my fancy Frappuccino with an extra shot of espresso, a venti size of course, seems stupid when there's an all-you-can-eat buffet, China Buffet 2, that cost $7 for lunch and that's actually food. So way too expensive for what you get if you have disposable income great.

Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Finally get to front of line and the barrister had to make pots of coffee, 5 minutes later takes my order. 10-12 minutes after still waiting for couple things to get warmed up and tell them I have to go, forget warming it up, 5 minutes later still nothing then finally when to register to complain. Leave there after at least 15 minutes (there were 3 people in line in front of me) get in the car and drive away...they got the food order wrong. NOT something I expect at Starbucks and should have checked but they put me so behind I ran to my car. Why so hard to understand their clients at this location? 8:45 AM, people have to get places and not wait like this. I don't get on here just to write bad reveiws and wrote a ton a good reviews, probably 10 - 1 good vs bad. I understand large to go orders, like she said they have, but when clients are standing in front of you, tell them it will take and exorbitantly long time or take care of the client standing I front of you!!!
