Fantastic experience tonight (: everyone was so welcoming to me and my family, they made us feel right at home. The food was delicious, massive cod and chips. Really well presented (: We were even given birthday cake as we departed! Such lovely people (: keep up the good work! We'll definitely be back when we're in the neighborhood (:

I lived and worked in Southend for 18 months and this was my go to place if I ever fancied a takeaway. The food was excellent, I can honestly say that at no time did I have any complaints about the food. Burger meals, fish and chips, chicken kebab, the list goes on!! All were generous portions to satisfy most appetites and all good value for money. Plenty of room to eat in, or take out if you prefer. I did both. The staff were pleasant and polite, but the owners themselves were wonderful people. Nothing was too much trouble for them when it came to providing me with food. They were always welcoming and I came to regard them more as friends as opposed to someone simply serving me food. I moved away recently due to work commitments, but I do miss both them and their wonderful food. If you ever get a chance to pop in, do so. I feel you will not be disappointed. Parking nearby, and a stroll along the seafront. What more could you want than that other than great fish and chips afterwards!!

First time using this establishment on 24th June, a Friday night at 9.30pm! And although we rarely have takeaways, we will be coming back here everytime we do. The guy in charge is amazingly friendly, professional and was extremely generous on this visit, maybe because he was due to close within the next 30 minutes. Well worth the journey from shoeburyness!! The portion sizes were on point and everything we ordered was cooked to an impeccable standard with great flavour, especially the cod👌. Highly recommended !! Thankyou to you and your 2 beautiful staff members 😊
