Wagamama

Came to wagas for a early birthday meal with my fiance and her friend! Food was absolutely amazing i tried the chicken hotpot which manager Rachel says it got a kick and it defo did! Rachel was absolutely fantastic and checked on us to make sure everything thing was perfect which made our night so much better!! Thank you waga team!

They are friendly. In July, I went there with my in laws. It was my birthday. we were 6 of us. We ordered a lot of food and as they serve food in different times somehow my order was delayed to the point I had asked. However it seemed like something was missed and when I spoken to the manager, she was just amazing! Acknowledged the problem, my food was served. They checked few times. I did say it was my birthday and I was sad that my food was delayed. To my surprise they went beyond and didn't charge me for my food and they brought a small cake, sang Happy Birthday! It was special and I was so happy.

Rachel our server was amazing! I unfortunately I don’t eat meat and I had only tried one dish which has been my favourite for years but it was removed from the menu sadly. But Rachel was able to recommend so many good options and her and the chef helped customise a dish for me. I had Kare Burosu with vegan teriyaki chicken. It was almost identical to my fav dish if not better :) my partner had the grilled chicken and loved it. Rachel was so lovely and welcoming, definitely will be coming again for another date night Thankyou Xx

Was seated straight away and given the booth that I requested. The food was delicious, it was served promptly and was cooked well, I really enjoyed it. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our server was a lady with a blonde straight haired bob (sorry, I don’t know her name) and she was lovely. She was chatty, helpful and generally just lovely. We were also given a free small sample of the ginger and white chocolate cheesecake which was delicious. I never normally have dessert in Wagamamas but I definitely will next time!

Last night a few of my work colleagues went to Wagamamas in Southend for a team night out and made a few cocktails, had some sides and dinner and it was so much fun! Jaz really welcomed us when we came in, she was super friendly and told us all about the cocktails we were going to be making and gave us some options for sides that we may like once we told her the sort of things we enjoy. We all tried something new and loved it! In particular the Duck and Pork Gyozas were delicious / The Bang Bang Cauliflower was soo lovely and the kick from it was just enough! The drinks we made were all so different none the same which was really nice to have that variety! My personal favourite was the Grapefruit Gin! What a beautiful drink 🙌🏻 Dinners we all had different things from Steak Soba, Tofu Pad Thai, Chicken & Prawn Pad Thai and Soulful Bowls! We all had such a blast and really good time together we will definitely be back!
