Today I came to redeem a TMobile Promotion for the free Italian Sub. I ordered an Italian sub sub all pork with turkey due to religious reasons. After placing my order with the sweet girl on the register, the manager I supposed told her to ring it up as a turkey because it would be cheaper. The sweet girl explained I was using a promotional coupon. She told her I couldn’t do that and it would have to be the exact way it comes. I wouldn’t have eaten it if that’s what she would’ve given me. I was given what I ordered but this shouldn’t have been an issue considering my religious beliefs. There were lots of workers on shift but no one wiped any tables and the floor had food under most of the tables.

FOOD PRICES ARE TOO HIGH TO HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I went in for a sandwich yesterday. When i arrived I was not greeted. It was two people working (guy and girl) , they did not say anything. I waited for about 3 minutes before I was even acknowledged - I must be invisible. I was only then acknowledge because another guest came in and asked if I had already ordered... which I hadn't. After another wait, the guy did not apologize for ignoring me and then took my order, he was very short and rushed the process. He was half wearing a glove while operating the cash register (i paid with cash) and I asked if he could change it before making my sandwich - he didn't like that. I did not receive my receipt either. He then went on to help other customers after me and he gave them their receipt. I got my food and it was decent, but I wont be coming back to this location and this is why. FOOD PRICES ARE TOO HIGH TO HAVE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! A HELLO GOES A LONG WAY. CUSTOMERS PAY, WE ARE NOT ASKING FOR A LOT - AT LEAST ACT LIKE YOU CARE AND ACT LIKE YOU WANT TO MAKE OUR MEALS. I TIP DUDE. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT GOES A LONNNG WAY. If the workers would have said hello, we'll be right with you I would not have a problem. Do better.

My husband brought take-out home tonight. It was very disappointing. He ordered 3 subs. He asked for extra pickles on all, we got none. He asked for jalapeños on my sub, there are only 2 slices. My sub didn't have any meat on half the sandwich. We have eaten from here many times and never gotten this bad of service. We will be getting our subs elsewhere going forward.

I've gotten food from here twice & both times it's been excellent. I usually call mine in when I'm s couple exits away & they have it fresh & ready when I get there. Friendly, courteous & helpful staff.

Very sweet staff, got my sandwiches out pretty quickly and they were great. I wish they weren't out of thier hot sauce but other than that clean, fresh, and friendly what else can you ask for 😁

Went here this weekend and I never plan on returning only if the people who are running the business are replaced. Too many childish and nasty teenagers. Touching food items with NO gloves. Called the restaurant and told the assistant manager. All that was said was “I’ll tell them to wear gloves for now on” Did Covid not teach you anything?

So I pulled up to the drive through window and the guys ask my name. I told him that I haven’t ordered yet, was that ok. He said yes and he would be right back. Well two seconds later a girl shows up at the window and says ‘ this is not a drive through ordering window, it’s just a pickup window, and we are too Vijay to take your order. No, We would be happy to take your order inside , we don’t taken them at this window , or sorry but this is for pickup only. She went out of her way to be rude. My office at Regional order from here a lot. But if I can have anything to do with it, not anymore. Horrible customer service.

Such rude attitudes from the staff today. I wasn’t aware the drive thru window was for pick up only as there is no sign.. No one came to the window for about 10 minutes which was okay, but then an employee opened it and said “what’s the order name?” I said I hadn’t ordered yet and he said “Okay well we’re kinda busy and this is a pick up only window” *eye roll* then shuts the window immediately on me.. a simple “sorry this window is for pick up only, we’d be happy to take your order inside.” Would have sufficed.
