In 3 days I've visited this Dunkin Donuts twice a day each day. I was always greeted and taken care of Ina short time. Watching staff interact they were very profrsional and helpful. This is a good place for your coffee's and other drinks or snacks
Update may 1 2022. Drove all the way to Dunkin for coffee was refused service at counter because they only had 3 workers. My truck won't fit through drive thru a worker said just take thier order and John Scott said NO! THE John looked at me and said download the app and order then you can pick up in lobby. I asked for Mgr contact info I was told it's illegal to give the bosses phone numbe out..put... I said no I don't want thier cell numbre I want the number for the main office and was told to Google
it. John then yelled CINI who again told me to Google the number. John amd Cindi Scott are the rudest most disrespectful people I've seen in all my trveks. Avoid this hole.

I really love Dunkin but this one really keeps messing up my order every time I go an I always hope for the best an get the worst.i have been over charged .they got my order messed so so i ended up paying for 3 different orders an they say they refunded me but they didn't I look it up on my account my meals have not been maid the way I want then or so burnt that it dont even look like sandwich I order a chocolate galazed donut an they give me chocolate frosted my drinks dont tast good I say NO egg they give me egg I wish there was more than 1 in Spartanburg so i can go to the next 1 thi

Two bagel sandwiches were fine…hot, standard Dunkin’ fare. Smallish shop, three tables to sit down.
Three stars for the service…not terribly friendly or attentive. Not a huge deal, but Dunkin’ typically over sugars coffee, so I’ve taken to asking for half the amount. Rather than arguing with me about the impossibility of halving 3 measures, a gentle explanation that 3 measures is the standard amount and, would I prefer 1 or two? That’s what I mean about service and attentiveness. Don’t need another place “slinging” coffee and donuts - a little personable attention goes a long way!

Nope! Been across the US going to Dunkin' donuts before we leave to our new RV location. This is the worst one I've been to. Yes the food and accuracy was excellent, but customer service was well below bar. After every single thing I ordered even before clarifying something. I was asked, "that it?" ... I ordered seven things and was asked about 10 to 15 times if that was it. So I essentially got interrupted through half my order for each item if that was it. It was very frustrating to have to deal with, the ladies at the window seemed fine, but whoever was on the mic seemed very aggressive and like I was doing the world a disservice by even being there.

My girlfriend and I ordered two iced coffees, hers was correct, mine was not. When I asked them to remake it, they immediately had an attitude. See below photos of our order. I ordered a large iced coffee with mocha, with an extra pump of mocha flavoring. When I first got my order, there was almost no mocha flavoring in the iced coffee. So when she went to remake it, I could literally see her open the mocha bottle and dump a lot of mocha into the cup without even measuring or anything. Be careful of this location. This is a second review of two that includes photos and more information. I could not add photos from my phone nor could I delete the first post on my phone or on computer.

I love Dunkin donuts!!!! Their coffee is better than Starbucks. I will fight someone over it. Lol

When trying to decide to order I was rushed to make a decision upon feeling pressured we decided to get hash browns, avocado toast and a grilled cheese. The hashbrowns turned out great but only after waiting at the window for 10 to 12 minutes. After the alloted time a representative comes to the window that was hitting his vape to inform me that there was no avocado spread for the toast, there was no apology or an offer for something to take its place. The grilled cheese that we received was hardly even toasted and the cheese was barely melted. Overall a terrible experience, I'll never return.

The staff was very helpful and patient as we had a time deciding what we wanted to get. The order was ready when we got to window and paid.
