Overall, the sandwich was good, although the bread was not fresh. Be aware: they pass their payment processing fees onto the customer. I understand doing this, however, they do not have a sign posted to inform the customer, nor do they verbally communicate this; it is simply a hidden fee. I had cash and would have been happy to pay with cash had I been informed. Many businesses prefer card transactions, not only because they leave a receipt and combat worker theft, but also because there are coin shortages.

one of the cleanest Sub Stations I have ever been to. The workers were polite and diligent. They made my experience there a pleasant one with their politeness and smiles. the atmosphere there was open and calming. I have been to other Sub Stations that were run down and dirty but this one was clean and neat. The sub ( whole #19)was one of the largest i have ever gotten at and Sub Station. and was DELICIOUS. Sub Station was one of my mom's favorites sandwich shops and this one would have made her want to drive from Greer to get a whole #19 if she were still alive. Ordered online wanted to do the make a sandwich a salad option. Called and asked if when I ordered online did the read the options for the order because I wanted to make a sandwich a salad. I was assured they did and ordered. Guess what I got. A sandwich and no salad and 0 of the options were read. Please do what you tell people you’ll do. This was for medical reasons not preference.

I eat at SubStation 2 on John B they are the best but east main. Every time I go in a worker by the name of Anne is rude. She be asking people questions like you said something wrong after telling her what you want yet I am starting to think she can’t comprehend and she is a little challenge in communication. She make your sandwich messy the bag they put my sandwich in was soaked so that tell you how much oil and vinegar. The sandwich taste like an oil sandwich. She is very rude but I guess it is hard to find workers but yet it is plenty of people looking for work.
