Noodle Express

wow, what a challenge it is to get a decent meal that you pay for from this place. I use to love the food at Noodle Express but now the last 4 times I have been there I am disappointed. I only placed another order tonight because I received a gift card for Christmas and had nothing else in the fridge for dinner. Unfortunately another disappointment. I paid extra for grilled vegetables in my rice bowl but ended up with oily and burnt vegetables. The veggies were so black you couldn't even tell the carrot was orange, it looked like a chopped burnt noodle. My boyfriend had the same exact issue plus the Singapore dish he ordered came with Osaka sauce to mix instead. So needless to say both dishes were wasted. The only thing positive I can say is the $3 egg rolls we ate were good. So next time we'll go to Safeway and get them for a $1 each and save the headache and waste of money.

Glory and praise to the fine crew of the N. Sullivan Noodle Express! I, a long time customer of this establishment, have almost never had an issue with an order. With no qualms of any other store, I did have a small issue when I ordered from a different location. Upon hearing my concerns, the staff took action to alleviate my situation. Hannah, (apologize if the spelling is off) quickly took heed of the issue and corrected it above what would have normally been required. The staff really took the time to hear me out and provided some of the best customer service I've had in a great while. 10/5 stars ill be eating here for some time to come.

I love this place. I typically just get take out however they do have dine in option. The teriyaki chicken is my favorite. It's basically the fast food version of The Mustard seed. Customer service is amazing. They're always friendly and helpful. Once during an extremely busy time, I had been waiting a while to get my take out order. I wasn't being impatient at all but when my order came up the manager apologized and gave me a gift card for my having to wait so long. I very much appreciated the generosity.

2 times out of 2 of coming to this location and the orders have been perfect. They make it easy to place an order over the phone. After years of going to the one up north and never getting our order right this location definitely is different and I’m so happy we gave it a try. The food is still hot after a 15 minute drive home!!! Thank you so much for the different experience.

They need to take "express" out of their name. I placed my order online at 5:00 with a pick-up time of 5:25, I got there at 5:30 to pick it up a bit later just incase it would need more time. I didn't get my food until 6pm. What is the purpose of ordering online if your food isn't going to be made until after you arrive? I watched the whole time as people came in and picked up their orders with no problem, why was mine any different I only ordered one meal. I understand that they were probably busy but I felt I should have received at least an apology for the wait. I'm lucky that I decided to get it when I was off work instead of during my lunch break because I definitely would not have had time to get the food, let alone eat it.
