Chan Bistro

Had the pleasure of discovering this gem of an establishment today (which was conveniently located right off the 90 freeway). I have been searching for Tom Kha Gai soup that tastes like I remember it for way too long and I finally found it! It was so delicious and flavorful unlike many I have tried in the area. We also had the Pad Thai lunch special which was not only wonderful, but also a very generous amount of food for the price. Julie even sanitized her hands prior to touching my debit card, which I very much appreciated. Thank you from my whole family! We will be back soon!

We ordered take out this evening and the General Chan Chicken was very good. It was well seasoned with a light crunchy breading. The Spring Rolls were very tasty as well with a wonderful ginger dipping sauce. The Chow Melon had too many noodles and not enough veges. The noodles were a little too greasy for our taste. If not for the Chow Mein I would have given them 5 stars.

This restaurant is tucked into a strip mall. I have heard good things and gave it a try. Friendly waitress and took ordered quickly. I could hear the chopping of ingredients and food sizzling in the pan. I had yakisoba noodles with chicken and fresh veggies. Hubbs had Chan's chow mein Both were good. I did feel portion were on the small side.
