Domino's Pizza

over and over again disappointment 😪 We just want good quality pizza that we pay for. I have to call and complain the last 4out 5 times. Domino's will give me a credit for my next order that's the only reason I order again. But this last time I come in to pick up order I told myself never again order here, I watch the employee making dough, then answer a phone, go back to the pizza then check a customer out and back to the pizza never washing their hands😲 How unsanitary! But to top it off when we got home our pizza was barely edible, I had to put the cheese and toppings on it that were missing because there was nothing(zero!) done with Domino's!!

Normally I don't write reviews but my last 3 orders have been wrong. We order often from them and they just keep getting worse. It use to be a once in awhile thing but this is getting ridiculous. If you rate the order they will send you a discount email that expires in a week. Thats pointless. I can understand it happening once in awhile if they are really busy but today they weren't. They make a point of quality check on there app but really they don't. I was missing toppings and the pizzas all had large bubbles.

Changing my review from a 1 star to a 3 because someone from Dominos corporate emailed me and helped make right. I ordered often prior to a customer service issue and I will start ordering more again. I got hung up on 3 times while trying to talk to a manager. It was really frustrating. My pizza is always late when I order delivery and I am 5 min away. I actually love the pizza - just the service that I had issues with.

Went inside to order cinnamon twists. JUST cinnamon twists. I was told it would be 10 minutes. I sat there for half an hour, then was told they were being processed. Sat there for 15 or so more minutes before asking if they were done yet. The person at the front couldn't find my order, they tried asking the ladies in the back to which they said "what cinnamon twists?" and then didn't even try to help find them. I asked for a refund and left. My guess is either they gave them to someone else or just never made them. I hardly go to Dominos as it is. Great way to keep your customers coming back!
