Panda Express

Always super busy and takes a while to get your food. It’s still Panda food, which I’ve always loved so that’s worth it. Unfortunately the last time we went, my boyfriend found 2, short, curly hairs in his Kung pao and that is just too hard to get past. We would have gone and politely asked for a new serving but the line was almost out the door and we waited too long to get food anyway. I know mistakes happen but unfortunately I cannot eat here again after finding that. I just don’t trust it.

After I got home and ate a couple pieces of my chicken I realized it looked pink. I went to the kitchen and cut it open and it was raw!! We called the store to get a refund and they said that’s not how their system works. Offered us free food and said we aren’t the only ones who have called. You can get seriously sick from eating raw chicken. I don’t want your food I want my money, def won’t eat here again.

Went here at a decent time of day, about 5 PM , (our usual time for dinner) and honestly the only good part was they got our food to us quickly. We asked for sauce on the side which we did not get, and furthermore purchased the family meal, and didn't receive a single cookie with our order. They remembered sweet and sour for our egg rolls, though we did not ask for it! Thankful, but will not be spending my money here again 😂

This is definitely one of the busier locations and it's food quality is pretty up and down depending on the day. The service is usually great but due to food quality lately and a visit which we left without food, I can't recommend this location. Last night, we went to get food about an hour from close. We went through the drive thru and the server let us know that the options were pretty limited because of the time, cooking to order is not an issue for us. We wanted orange chicken, sesame chicken, and fried rice, her response was, well it will take a long time, at least 15 minutes to make. Then she followed it up with, if you really want it I can see if our chef would be willing to make the food for you. If it were closer to closing I would understand, but an hour from closing, they don't have the most popular stuff and she "will see if he is willing to make the food" is a ridiculous response. After that comment we just left. We won't be coming back any time soon.

Anytime I order something from them there's something that they get wrong. I hate to say that because I actually love their food, but consistency is not very good I went with my sons to eat there and my son and I order the exact same thing and the portions on my plate we're even close to what was on his plate. The food is always good oh, it's just consistency and errors that bring my rating down

Been to this establishment multiple times. Each time it was a so-so experience. This time (tonight) I went through the drive through for dinner. I ordered enough food for two people, then waited a half hour before going in and politely asking for my order. It was pretty busy, so I understand mistakes and I also work customer service, I’ve literally been in their shoes. However the lady who I talked to was extremely rude and immediately deflected when I asked for my order. The food was atrocious. Sides were undercooked. I was given none of the sauces I asked for. My food had obviously been sitting for the entire half hour I had been waiting as it was cold, soggy, and tasted like it had been sitting out. They won’t refund or give out anything for recompense. Do not order food here, I would have give 0 stars if it was an option. If you want to roll the dice on having one of the worst experienced you’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant, this is your place.
