Subway

Wow! The employees at this location are great. I came in after work hungry and ready to feed my family. I pre-ordered and paid so all I had to do was go in and grab the sandwiches. I went in and stated my name. They seemed confused and I told them that maybe I went to the wrong store. Upon verification that I was at the right store, the employees realized that my order was stolen. There was no hassle and they apologized so much. Apologies not needed. You guys are amazing. Thank you so much!

First and foremost Subway is generally not worth the price anymore. A lot of these local shops offer better prices and a better sandwich. This location has also stopped accepting coupons due to price increases. Sorry but we’re all feeling the price increases, not just you Subway. The only way this place is worth it is with coupons. This location has looked like a ghost town recently, now I know why.

I've lived by this restaurant for a few years and have had really no issue. Today I went in and the employee was so disengaged and just acted like she hated her job. She seemed irritated that i had a few sandwiches to be made and kept walking off in the middle of making them to go in the back, probably to work, but could have at least conversed with me and told me "hey I'll be back in a sec to finish these." Hopefully it was just a bad day because I would be concerned about having an employee that is like this regularly. I was genuinely surprised when I looked at her name tag just looking for a name (Alexis) and saw that she is a supervisor. When she asked me if i wanted a receipt, I said yes, but I watched her look it over before handing it to me and it appeared to be because she was checking to see if I had tipped, which I thought was incredibly rude after her bad customer service. Like i said I really hope this was just a fluke and one bad day.
