I'm alright with Sonic in Spokane. It's the same as most Sonics I've been too. The food tastes wonderful and I'm usually satisfied. Would have gave five stars if it didn't give me the next day pains so to speak.. but that's fast food for ya. Try their strawberry slushy though. No regrets there. 😂

Absolutely displeased with Sonic’s team last night. I Ordered a large Sauced honey bbq popcorn chicken and it had one teaspoon of sauce on it! When we went back through the drive thru to ask for more sauce, and the employee said “nothing I can do about it unless you pay” Absolutely not okay! We received no utensils to eat this, no napkins , and our tater tots were stale! I came to this same sonic about two weeks ago, and ordered the exact same meal! It had a lot of sauce and the order was perfect. The Friday night staff was unhelpful and their customer service was awful. Do better sonic.

Food is always good and I absolutely love their ice tea! Not to mention the ice is the perfect size in my opinion. Their tomatoes and lettuce they use for the burgers are never wilty or nasty. Staff is always friendly.

The to go speaker doesn't work good. Sat for along time before I got my order. You raised the milk shake prices twice in the last couple of months which means going to another place. Overall, I give the to go people a break cuz half of them don't know what there doing.

I placed an order that totalled $82.86 for my family's dinner. When my order was brought out I was assured everything was there. I got home and realized that my large onion rings were missing. I had to drive all the way back to get them while the rest of my food got cold. The girl who I spoke to about the missing item was rude and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. An order that expensive should always be double checked. We visit this Sonic often but after this experience I will never return. I often place orders upwards of $75 at this establishment. It is unacceptable to treat customers as she did, especially when I spent so much money, had to be inconvenienced just to get the food that I already paid for and had to deal with terrible customer service.

Sonic has always been a great place for my friends and I to go get food, and I've always loved the atmosphere. That being said, my wife and I decided to go there for my birthday last night. The guy who took our order was clearly irritated/annoyed before we even started ordering, and was extremely rude to us the entire time, despite me being patient and having my order pre-prepared for him.
It was busy; I don't mind the wait time. The food tasted great as always. But horrendous customer service is an absolute turn off to ever want to come back here again. Dude was probably having a bad night, but taking it out on your customers is not the answer.

Took my daughter here for the first time since she's never been. We pulled up to a parking spot and ordered our food. It came out in a fair amount of time. The kid on the skates was rushed. We ordered Master shakes and some food. My cheesecake shake was not good. All I could taste was plan vanilla ice cream, so I tried mixing it more.. Then got pockets of pure flavoring. There was no Graham cracker dusting either. Honestly, worst shake I've ever had. I constantly tried to stir it, to no avail, it was disappointing. I also ordered med chili cheese fries, and they were a joke. At first, I thought they got my order wrong and gave me a chili dog, but they didn't. My fries were tiny; it was the size of a hot dog. They were luke warm, and bland. I've never seen a medium size that small in my life. My daughter got a cheeseburger. She's a teen who rarely complains about food she picks, and she couldn't finish her burger. She said it was way too salty and couldn't eat it anymore. Coming from a kid who loves salt, that's bad. I never remembered Sonic being great but not bad in the past. Now I know it's gone downhill. Thought it was strange the place looked dead on a Saturday evening, now I know why.

Great food, but make sure to double check your order before you leave! I always order with the app from one of the drive in stalls, and every now and then they forget something (usually condiments). It's very easy to hit the button and let them know, though. This only really happens when it's busy. Remember to treat food servers with respect!
