Cold Stone Creamery

These guys saved the day! Today I was planning on picking up a ice cream cake for a birthday and realized I accidentally scheduled it for tomorrow!! The worker was super friendly and he had me out the door with the cake I ordered in less than 10 minutes! Thank you! This is how you earn forever customers!

Placed an order about a week in advance for a birthday cake made with cheesecake ice cream, raspberry, blueberry, and graham cracker fillers. Went to pick it up and was told there was no cake under my name there after paying over $50 already. Even though there was no name written on the cake, after checking again it was under a different name not mine. I got the cake otherwise I'd of raised hell... It's good but a few things: *Very minimal mix ins added * Top layer had blueberries only *Bottom layer had raspberries only *Hardly any graham crackers at all *Only one half tasted like cheesecake other half like vanilla or something. Otherwise it was tasty but not what was expected. Figured that the ice cream would be all cheesecake with all mix ins on both layers. This is my second cake from this location and it's pretty good. I'd rather spend money here than buy one at the store the quality is way better. The ganache is yummy!!

I LOVE Cold Stone and go to this location regularly Today I'm extremely disappointed. The service was less than friendly and my mix ins were hardly there . It was basically plain ice cream with a VERY small amount of raspberries and 1 piece of chocolate shaving. I've never had such a bad experience here but it's really tainted my opinion of this location

Terrible customer service. Gross and disgusting dirty inside and outside the store. The chairs tables etc. Mask discrimination is on the rise at this location. They turn people away left and right. Some poor old disabled lady who had a medical exemption was turned away and told that they could not serve her because she didn't have a mask and she told them she had medical exemption paperwork. She was clearly old and disabled!! They turned her away and said they were out of masks and just doing their job. This old lady looked like she was gonna cry!?! I will never go here again. The owner and management of this location should be ashamed of the discrimination happening at this store. I wouldn't be surprised if you end up on the news and not in a good way . ....

Such a great crew of amazing youth. Shout out to Will & June for making my difficult concoction and being so kind. Even amazing after a rude customer flipped their lid over what they found to be an insufficient amount of 8×extra toppings. ISN'T THERE A TOPPING LIMIT? IF NOT Y'ALL MAY WANT TO RETHINK THIS. BEST ice cream. Ever. How have I lived this long without having experienced Cold Stone Creamery?! Unique. Different. Amazing. It wasn't just "getting ice cream." It was a whole beautiful experience.
