Subway

I went in today 24 April 21 little before closing. They had a mini rush. There was 4 of us in line. I think his name was Ryan C not 💯 but he was absolutely AMAZING. He was very polite attentive and gave amazing service. He greeted us and said I’d be right with you, As he was still finishing up the previous customer. There was another kid there I didn’t catch his name was the absolute worst. After he finished the girl he was cashing out when I got there he tried leaving to the back but Ryan asked him to help us as we were standing there waiting. He came over and I got a protein bowl and also got a wrap. He seemed annoyed and Ryan tried helping him like if he was stuck on what to do but he just blew Ryan off and walked in the back. And Ryan still maintain good customer service he apologized and said he be with us as soon as he could. And then the kid came back out and tried to just stand there but I ask him about paying as I was paying for both wrap and bowl I gave him $25 and my total was $21.12 he didn’t give me my $3. I got my .88 from the change device. I stood there waiting for my change and then he just took off closed the till and went to help another person in line. I didn’t have time to wait around as the kid was ignoring me so I just left and said to heck with my $3. I did leave a big fat tip FOR Ryan and thanked him and told him he was amazing.

I walked up and nobody was up front. Your back kitchen is off to the side so I walked to the other counter just to let the worker know I was there. She rudely announced “I said I would be right there” to which I responded “I’m sorry I didn’t hear you. I figured you were busy doing something but I just wanted to let you know I was here.” She responded with “I yelled as loud as I could, I’ll be right there.” 1. You know your wall keeps sound from traveling. I don’t care how loud you “yelled” I didn’t hear you or I wouldnt walked over there. Maybe poke your head out and effectively communicate instead of “yelling.” 2. There are 3 other subways that I’ll gladly go out of my way to drive to. Practice kindness. It literally costs $0.

This place is always hit or miss with it's service. It seems like they're always short staffed making for a bad experience. Waited 5+ minutes waiting on an employee to make our sandwich while there was another employee in the back doing nothing. There's nothing special about this Subway that you can't get at another location.

I LIKE THAT THE SUBWAY IN WALMART IS STILL AROUND I THOUGHT IT CLOSED DOWN FOR GOOD BUT IT DIDN'T AND I HAD GREAT SERVICE AND I GOT EVERYTHING I ORDER WHICH WAS 2 -12 INCH AND 1- 6 INCH SUBWAY CLUBS THAT HAVE TURKEY, HAM AND ROAST BEEF ON IT AS WELL AS TOASTED AND MUSTARD AND MAYO CHIPS AND A DRINK AND I WISH THAT YOU GUYS COULD HAVE THE ONLINE APP ORDERING FOR EVERYTHING BESIDES CATERING BUT THANKS AGAIN THE FOOD WAS GREAT AND I ENJOYED IT I WILL BE BACK AGAIN SOON
