Mcdonald's

I wish I could post with no stars. The drive through time took over 20 minutes. I normally would think this is because of lack of staff, but this wasn't the case. There were over 6 employees working in the front of house. Well not working, more like just hanging out while we could see at least 3 vehicles behind us. None of the employees were wearing masks and seen at least one hit their vape inside the window. We thought about driving off but already paid so we didn't have a choice. Seems like at least the vehicle behind us had the right idea as well as the vehicle in front. We should have seen this coming with how rude the person was through the speaker. We figured oh maybe they are just having a bad day. At the window it was the same deal. We paid over $40 for 3 cold meals and we didn't even get what we ordered or paid for.

Placed a simple order for two regular hamburgers and a large fry ($7.49!!) Took the drive-through person three tries to get my order right. Then I waited in line for over 10 minutes behind ONE vehicle at 7:30 in the evening. When I finally got to the window, I politely asked what took so long? I was met with attitude and instead of a contrite and apologetic tone, I was curtly told “I could speak with the manager“. That escalated quickly. I was handed a greasy, wrinkled bag. Of course, my food was cold. The fries were soggy and I was shorted one of the hamburgers! Honestly, how hard could it be to get this right? Apparently impossible. Horrible experience. Avoid this place.

My experience tonight was a complete joke. We where greeted with nothing but hostility and disrespect. We did order, but wound up not paying and drove off for the fact that we simply verbally assaulted by staff that just seemed to want to do nothing but sit by the window and shout obscene words at customers.

I came in today and must say everyone was really friendly. It didn't seem fake either, they were genuinely nice and there was a great vibe in the air. My food was ready extremely fast which was pretty cool. I was in an okay mood today but going here definitely cheered me up. My only complaint is the fries tasted kinda old, but besides that everything was great!

I live about 2mins away from that location. If you don't want the amount of food that you paid for, want some tweaker site seeing or maybe possibly want to step on a needle and get all of that with a smidge of sarcasm. This is the place you've been waiting for. Make sure to wave at the homeless as you're leaving.
