Poor customer service experience and the owner needs to be aware of their employees behavior. I'll briefly explain what happen below: I checked the restaurant closing time which was set to 12 am. I placed my call around 11:28 pm for a pick-up order. Was this cutting it close to closing time, sure. The guy answered my call then said can I place you on a brief hold? Sure, why not. Five minutes later guy gets back on the phone, not a big deal. But then I asked to placed my orders he then said we are not taking orders anymore. What? He was not apologetic. It made me wonder did he put me on hold to make the time later to justify not place an order to go home sooner? I understand that the person most likely wants to go home early but this is your job. I don't know what the business rules or guidelines are when it comes to taking in orders. But if you know that you're not taking order then let your customers know before placing them on a 5 minute holding period and then unapologetically say you're not taking orders in. I am not commenting to say their food sucks because saying that would be inaccurate. My goal is to let the owner know that the customer service was terrible and the owner should be made aware of this because if they did this to me it makes me wonder if they do this to everyone as well.

This is our absolute favorite place To get wings from they are amazing they have lots of flavors and their fries are amazing as well! No complaint when it comes to their food it is five stars the reason I’m giving it a three star is because when I walked in to get my order last weekend One of the workers there had a gun inside of the front of his pants and it was showing… I can’t imagine why you need to come to work wearing a gun… Especially one that’s in the front of your pants and not in a holster and showing for everybody that walks in there to see totally caught me off guard and I wouldn’t want for my son to have been there with me and thought that it was appropriate to ever bring a gun with you to work and wear in the front of your pants for every customer to see it’s totally unprofessional and kind of scary

I usually love this place but I ordered something yesterday that honestly was so bad it had to have been tampered with in some way. It tasted like dish soap or ajax. It was so bad I couldn't eat it and the smell alone being by the other wings made them inedible as well. Waste of 12$ as I didn't have time to go in and rectify the situation as I had to get home to my kids getting off the bus. So disappointing. I got 5 normal and 5 atomic, the atomic tasted good but being in the same container next to the normal tainted the smell. I thought maybe its just me, I'm pregnant and sensitive to smell so I had my boyfriend try them later that night and his face said it all and he asked if I was trying to poison him.
