Starbucks

When I walked in the space felt very open. The area across from the ordering counter is very open and well lit. It's quite lovely. The baristas were very friendly.  One was engaging with some other customers when I was looking at the pastries, and I heard her offer to take a drink back and add more flavoring. That's the Starbucks service model!  The customer was really happy and the barista seemed sincere about wanting to do it for her. My chocolate cold brew, a new offering at the time of this review, is crazy good!  The delightful chocolate foam brought me back to childhood chocolate memories 🥰. Yes, that good! And, of course, we all know Starbucks cold brew is the best on the market. I'm pleased I stopped in this location to try the chocolate cold brew. I not only had a terrific drink, but I enjoyed the store.

I'm not a typical Starbucks customer, since usually the line is way too long and there's not any close enough to me to make it worth my while. However, upon hearing that this location was the latest to join the movement of unionizing Starbucks, I just had to pay them a visit and offer my sentiments of solidarity. I must say, the workers here absolutely deserve to get all their demands regardless of how my experience was, but it was most definitely one of the best fast food experiences I've had in a while. Every one of the baristas was super friendly, helpful, and there was a general cheery mood in the air (perhaps because I was far from the only person cheering on their union move and encouraging them). These folks did a world class job, and I want that to be on the record even though I rarely ever take the time to leave reviews. Kudos y'all, and solidarity!

You still love Starbucks I've been going there for so many years over 20 when they didn't have the following that they do now. It has gotten slower. A lot of the times they don't have the food that I request. The people are extraordinarily nice I do appreciate that but for the most part I usually skip going there especially if I see a line because I know how slow it's going to be to get through that line.

No customer service. Pick up is in store for mobile order but they never have your mobile order ready at the estimated time and never an apology. They don't call names when a order is done for inside mobile pick up. Its most likely sat in or sitting in the drive thru window for 10 minutes. So much for anything to be warm or if cold it's half melted. This store has a complete lack of organization.

I didn't know it was possible to mess up a pink drink. strawberry refresher and coconut milk and a scoop or two of strawberries. it comes out pink. instead I received the above with water added also which caused the milk and refresher juice to separate to create the saddest pink drink I've ever experienced. thanks.
