Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Ordered thru drive thru, blonde took order, guy i couldnt see coughing and making nasty noises in back, i ordered a 2 plate meal, chicken and brisket, and chicken came with some weird sauce on it, first time i seen that, biscuit had 3 finger prints in it. .. dude acting nasty in back plus food tampered with, wish i could give less than1 star. Not eating here again guys. Someone is either giving me a large stick of butter in my potato or im watching the low sanitation making me cringe--- Ill pick up food for delivery still but recommendations are zero! Im disgusted right now, and ill be disputing the charge off my cc when it post. 15.00 for what? He shouldve had better sense not to be coughing nasty like he did while i was ordering food and they both giggled. Not a good look guys. Sorry for the review but not sorry. Ive made to many complaints up there, called too many times.

I've eaten at other Dickey's locations before, so I already knew I liked their BBQ. And when it comes to the food we were definitely not disappointed. But if you have read any of my other reviews you know that customer service goes a long way with me. Man! Does this place knock it out of the park! From the guys who took our order to the GM, we were treated like we were at a family BBQ. It was just one of the best experiences I've had in a restaurant in quite some time. In these days when things are tight and we can't afford to go out and eat as much as we used to, it feels good to spend your money with people you like. And from here on out, when we get BBQ it will be from here.

I was blown away by the quality of this Dickey’s BBQ. The first thing I noticed when I walked through the door was the aroma of the authentic smoked meats. My mouth was watering the moment I stepped inside. The next thing I noticed was phenomenal customer service. The manager went out of his way to explain the menu to me and definitely took pride in his work. It took me some time to make up my mind what to order because everything looked and smelled so good when I finally got to it they had everything ready in a jiffy. Whenever I bit in to that Westerner sandwich I was not disappointed. Sliced brisket pulled pork smoky cheddar cheese and dickies perfect barbecue sauce made for the combination of the best barbecue sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Culinary perfection! General manager Sean Oliver has taken this Dickey’s location to a level that all restaurants should strive for! 5 stars.

I just went in for a late work lunch and the food was great. They had it to me quick with plenty of time to eat before the lunch break was over. Shout out to Shawn Oliver working behind the counter, he went above and beyond to be friendly and courteous great customer service. I definitely will be coming back.

Love this location and BBQ! It's a favorite for sure and always feels good to walk in immediately greeted by the owner who never forgets our faces and is always so nice! Today we ventured in with the in laws and nephews. They where packed more than usual but remained courteous, kind and the food as always was on point. And of course the manager made point to swing by our table to say hello and welcome to the first timers we'd brought in.
