The Traveling Taco

I had to wait a little bit to actually speak with the cashier. I had an online order so I didn't need to go through the whole line. The cashier seemed like he might have been new. They weren't super busy he was just a tad on slow side compared to the person making the food so I couldn't get in there. Once I did get to get my food they made sure to verify the email to make sure I was the correct person so I do appreciate that! But everyone was very nice. Will be going back!

The quality of this qdoba has declined significantly in the past few months. I know they’re short staffed but so are a lot of fast food chains and this is the only one where quality has noticeably declined. They’re consistently out of ingredients, the workers were nice enough but seem like they don’t know what they’re doing (like they were rushed in with no training, which is very likely), and the quality control is lacking. My BF got a burrito tonight and asked for double steak. The steak was running low so the worker just put the remaining scraps on his burrito and tried to move on. It wasn’t even enough to be considered a single serving of steak, much less a double. They also didn’t wrap it correctly so food was falling out the sides. He asked for it to be double wrapped and the worker didn’t wrap the second one correctly either so it just turned into a shredded tortilla mess. That wasn’t the only bad experience we’ve had lately either. I went a few weeks ago and got a quesadilla with a side of guac and when I got home to eat it I noticed it wasn’t cooked. The cheese was not melted at all. I had to recook it at home. They also forgot the side of guac. Unfortunately I don’t think we’ll be returning to this qdoba anytime soon.

My husband and I just ate here and shared a chicken bowl. I refused to ever go to QDOBA for my entire life, but he recently convinced me to try it in St. Louis area which was absolutely delicious! Today, I asked him to take me because we had enjoyed it so much. This location was very disappointing. We were the only people in there besides the one employee, so I was expecting great things! When preparing the bowl, she didn’t drain any of food (chicken, beans, pico, etc.), so the bowl was incredibly runny (soup-like). The portions were small (almost no chicken), the rice was old or maybe undercooked, and the chips were so stale they almost hurt my teeth. I asked for different chips because they were so bad, and she handed me another pre-filled, greasy paper bag stating “these were just made this morning” without looking up from her cellular devise. My husband and I were both incredibly disappointed with the service, food quality, and portion size. Besides the poor food and service, there was VOMIT in the bathroom. Yikes. The best part of the meal was the drink from Panera next door. We will never return.

I had gotten the chicken protein bowl, it lacked any type of seasiong so unfortunately very untastfull. I added salt but it still didn't taste good. I also got chips and quso the quso itself was good however the chips were not very fresh 😕 the staff was very friendly but a little bit more training is needed.

Unfortunately nothing was clean there was no one else there the female staff member was hung over and high on something the tables were dirty the floor was trashed the food was cold the service was terrible and that was my first time at Qdoba I'm sure it isn't always like that but the 2 tattood servers could care less about anything from what I seen while dining in I need a refund
