Riad Mediterranean Cuisine

Ordered from the Mr Beast app. The food was ready on time, but I walked into an empty restaurant with a girl standing behind the bar. She was on speaker phone with a man who was either doing math homework or adding up tips. Regardless she sits my order on the bar and barely look at me. I asked her if everything was there. She shoots me an annoyed look. I left and my order isn't right at all. What a terrible first experience. Will be my last. If you're looking for a dirty place with horrible costumer service, run, don't walk to Riad. Posting pics of the 3 burgers I ordered and the 3 burgers I received.

Consistently delicious gyros and yet another excellent experience! I accidentally left my purse there last night and the owner came in outside of their hours of operation to make sure that it was returned to me this morning. You can't beat that level of customer service! I will definitely be returning soon!

Rarely do I take the time to give a bad review, but the manager tonight is as competent as a submarine with doors. Our order was missing items and some of our food was burnt to a point it was inedible. We called and informed "management" and instead of being helpful or empathetic to the situation, he had the audacity to argue with us. A single shoe would have a better personality and competency as this dude. Horrible customer service.

I put in an order through Uber eats that was over $100. I received these fries with no crab dip although that is how they were described on the menu on the app. I paid eight dollars for about a half order of fries with some seasoning on it. No tzatziki on the Greek burger pizza looks uncooked. And the girl I talked to On the phone was very rude.

This place has the worst customer service in the city of Springfield. And I’m not saying this because I’ve had one bad experience, I’ve had multiple. But I still gave them benefit of Doubt. They food is mediocre. The service is absolutely horrible. They literally pick up your calls and hang up. This has happened more then 5 times. Idk why this place even has a phone number , they don’t answer the phone or ignore your call. Edit to respond to the owner’s response: Sean, you suggested I ordered off of your online website: 417riad.com and I did. Upon arrival, the blonde waitress did not inform me my order was correct. I had to check the bag to ensure it was complete and when I did, I found the kids cheese pizza that I ordered for my son was not included. I asked her why it wasn’t and she stated ‘we don’t have cheese pizza’. She didn’t offer a substitution or even a refund. When I asked her how can I get my money back her response was ‘I don’t know’. That’s when I told her, her attitude was poor, in which she told me to leave the restaurant. My wife had to come in to ask how our order was going to be resolved and she took my wife’s number down and said she would have Sean (the owner) contact her. In no way did ordering online make my experience easier and this is absolutely ridiculous service. I would like a full refund for my order.
