If you’re thinking about going to this location.. DONT. If I could give this store a 0 I would. I’ve went to this location about 3 times and every time they have gotten my order COMPLETELY wrong. If I’ve asked for no tomato’s they would put more than usual on. I understand it’s fast food but I also don’t appreciate getting charged for upgrades and never getting them and then my whole order be messaged up or it just taste like 3 day old meat. Paid about $32.00 off DoorDash to have 5 bites of each item. Waste of f’ing money.

Ordered chips and cheese and a couple other things. Got chips but the amount of nacho was not at all a serving. You could see the bottom of the container. Line has been busy to call and tell them. At work so can't go back by right now. Looks like they smeared cheese in container then put the lid on. I took a pic and added it. All I did was remove lid.

This place is poorly managed and has been declining since 2019. Order accuracy is terrible, even when you use the app. The manager doing the expediting needs to start paying attention. I think they're being incredibly cheap, not handing out sauces, napkins, utensils, and even being stingy with the taco ingredients. They won't put the food in separate boxes/bags even when requested, despite the fact that almost every other store puts boxed meals in their individual containers. Can't blame all of this on the employees, it's been happening over too long and at different times of day or days of the week.

Went through the drive thru Wednesday 6/29 12:45am. 30 minutes in line and they got the order wrong. Tried taking it back and the line was even longer than the first trip. Tried calling and it rang until it gave a busy signal twice, the third time straight to busy like they took the phone off the hook. I waited 10 minutes in line and it never moved so I gave up and went to E Sunshine where I got through in 8 minutes and the order was perfect. I will never use N. Glenstone store again

Horrible. Drive through employee always sounds like they have a attitude. Don’t like your job get a new one. On top of that the Freeze machines are somehow always “down” & multiple soft drinks are “out”. Multiple items on menu are “sold out” . I started working in the area 2 years ago and I see why my co workers tell me to just avoid this location.

The employees were rude, I forgot a drink and when I pulled up to the window and asked if they could put a MEDIUM drink on there cause I had forgotten, the lady at the window scuffed and rolled her eyes as if I was asking a teenage kid to clean their room. They also charged me for a large drink but gave me a medium, then after receiving my food my nacho fries tasted as if they have been sitting in the freezer for a while with a hole in the bag, then my Taco was poorly put together. From someone that has worked at a Taco Bell before you guys surely have poor manners, and not very tasty food. Should work on that and store your food properly or something. I'm never going there again!
