Brickhouse Grill & Pub

I was there on Friday May 13th, I was really disappointed. I’ve been going there for a while, and my last experience was unsatisfactory. Me and my girlfriend sat outside because it was a beautiful day outdoors, and the table was filthy, there were dead baby birds around the walkway of the outdoor dining area, I’m never one to complain, but it was unacceptable, as a continued customer, I will not go back there again. I can spend my hard earned money elsewhere. The only positive was the server was great.

My husband and I are both former servers so we try to be as understanding as possible, but we didn't even recieve any form of service tonight. It was one of our first times out since we had our baby and it was extremely disappointing. I understand it's short staffed everywhere nowadays, but every table was dirty with dishes piled. We were sat and waited for 15 min without being greeted so I got up to find a server. She took our drinks and order and my wrap came out so hot that everything in it was scalding and mushy. The fries however, were cold! I would have loved to bring this up to our server except we never saw her again! I had to go find the bartender to get a box and pay our check. No discounts. No apology. We left 10% tip still, cuz even on the worst day I would never stiff, but we usually give 25%. Hurts my heart but man... it sucked to finally leave the house to get this disappointed.

Not for sure what has happened here but we used to go there all the time when we were in Springfield and loved it. Have not been in awhile and was really looking forward to it. Hostess seated us and then nothing. After a little over 20 minutes of watching a couple waitresses gossiping we got up and walked out.
