Subway

I ordered a Spicy Italian Salad in the drive thru. Noticed before I pulled away I was charged for two ($15.01) on my debt card. The worker told me sorry there was not anything she could do until her manager gets there tomorrow. She offered to call her manager, if I would like to wait. So..I said that would be fine I will wait. She ended up bringing me $7.51 in cash. Not the way I paid but I had to go to work. I have always liked Subway’s salads because they usually chopped all the ingredients up in a bowl. I’m not sure if that has changed now but mine was not chopped. They literally put full slices of cheese on top. Not even shredded cheese.

Won’t go to this location again. However, Drive up gentleman = 5 stars! It was not busy, the man working the drive up was confirming my order and I told him thank you as he was hard to hear. Woman, maybe lead worker/manager?? thought she needed to jump in and say something smart and walk away. I got my order and asked the gentleman if I could get a couple of packets of Mayo- (I had ordered xtra for my salad) there was a pretty drizzle of Mayo which looked great but not near enough for all the lettuce. Anyway, same woman huffs and puffs (so that I could see her) puts some Mayo in a container and hands it to me. I was able to say thank you but as I was saying I appreciate it, she cut me off, said “YUP”, shut the window and walked away. How rude! I’m sorry, the restaurant you work at is open for business. If you don’t like your job or don’t want to be there, then- go away. Your bad attitude should not be shown to your paying costumers. I’m pretty sure, I paid for that xtra Mayo. (Lol) And I ordered it at the speaker. It’s not like I decided to add xtra things when I got to the window. No wonder that store isn’t busy. Hopefully she was just having a bad day and doesn’t treat everyone like that. And hopefully she isn’t a store/crew leader. The world is rough enough these days, it sure doesn’t need this type of example for others to follow.

I went to subway on Jefferson street where I always go to get hot peppers for in I am always willing to pay for the peppers , so one of the employees had a really nasty mouth and attitude she seemed really miserable in upset to be at work but that’s not my problem find you a career that makes you happy because this lady was Heavyset in she was so rude so I don’t recommend anyone go their when she is their I will be turning this information to her boss
