Applebee's

I came here with two of my friends, and we sat at the bar. Kelly took awesome care of us! I ordered the Rock and Berry Rita, and my friend ordered the Long Island. We didn't end up getting entrees because we got full on our appetizers. We ordered the loaded fries and the pretzel! Both were really good. Solid place to get a meal and relax!

I went this past Friday night and the service was terrible. It was a regular amount of people the waitress were chitchatting in the back not checking on anyone or the food. My appetizer (wonton taco) come out like an child put it together. On top of that I was missing the metal tray plus more and the food was ice cold. Had them re-do it. I ordered the bourbon chicken and shrimp no mushroom cause im allergic... My order came with mushroom. I had them make me a new one but all they did was take out the mushrooms and reheat the the same chicken that I cut.. while it still had mushrooms.... the waitress we had needs to be retrained on checking on her tables, making sure the order correct and making sure everything okay. We literally had to call her over for everything, she walked by but didn't ask if things was needed or okay. She didnt check on none of her tables. On that note the male manager only checked on the tables that that were a female group. This place needs new management, an expiditer and over training on everyone's position correctly. Because it wasn't busy for us to have the experience we had.

I didn't want to do this. But waitresses and managers were understanding and apologetic. I ordered takeout: fried shrimp, fish and chips, Alfredo chicken, and a cheeseburger. My food was dry and missing all of my sides. It wasn't even forgotten. I returned my meal. We frequent enough so we decided that day was a fluke and we should dine in as the experience should be better. So just two days later, we gave it another chance. Huge mistake. Ordered the honey bbq chicken pasta, 3 cheese penne, chicken alfredo and pasta was dry, no sauce, the chicken was so dry I could pick my teeth with it. Appetizers were good enough. My son ordered the burger and we took it home. I'm glad he didn't eat it and I'm the one digesting the paper still attached to the cheese. (Pictured) The manager comped us some Appetizers that he cooked himself and the waitress was kind enough to cook the burger. The cooks back there do not care and I feel bad they can't get someone better to assist.

This Applebees that is located on Boston Road in Springfield MA is complete and utter disgrace to the Applebees franchise! This is the second time that I have ordered from here and received BURNT disgusting food! This is the Bourbon Street Chicken and shrimp that I ordered! Take a look at the picture! Who would serve this to ANYONE? Let alone a PAYING CUSTOMER!! This is utterly disgusting! You spend your hard earned money, to treat yourself to a dinner and have this be what someone serves you! I am truly disappointed with this location and this franchise! I know this post may not do much in ways of hurt the money going into these owners pockets, but we are living in very difficult times for many Americans! So I am posting this for the person who has their hard earned money, and maybe thinking about stopping by this location to treat themselves to a meal! This is my advice!! DON’T!!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION! Keep driving and find another restaurant that takes pride in not only what they do but what they serve! And trust me there are plenty options! Try your best not to make the mistake I did stopping at the APPLEBEES on Boston Road in Springfield MA!

My sister and I Went there to Enjoy the Half price Appetizers and drinks. No one greeted us at the door until 5 Minutes later, no big deal. The hostess went to seat us and the Table was dirty from previous guests. The floors all around us were also A Mess. The hostess told us to give her a minute so she can clean up. We decided to go to the Bathroom to kill time and They were disgusting and unkept, At that point we decided to leave. I’m only giving two starts because they’re food is usually Decent at best.

This is my fourth time at the Springfield Applebees location. Jada was my server 3/4 time and she is amazing, friendly, respectful, jovial and awesome waitress. The Manager Tony is an awesome person, he is very respectful and friendly. I’d always visit here and recommend anyone here. Love the service here.
