Dunkin'

Very rude and unprofessional! I can't believe people pay these "employees" to be rude and chill on the job....where do I sign up? Was asked 5 times can I take your order soon as I start talking I get a hold on all 5 times....rude! What's so important you can't even be bothered to take my order? That's why everything in fast food is being replaced by machines....why pay someone 11 dollars an hr to not take your order to talk about clubbing and men and give u cold food and messed up drinks? This location ruined dunkin for me I'm never going back to a DD ever again...total waste of money and more importantly time

I ordered a sandwich from this dunkin donuts and when i bit into it, it was cold - like they took the egg out the fridge and threw it on my sandwich so i tossed it. The next day i thought i would give it another try. I informed the manager at this location about the sandwich situation and I did not get an "I'm sorry" "let me make you a sandwich free of charge today" ... Nothing! What is the point of speaking to a manager these days? What ever happened to good customer service? I have to admit. this location has a couple of good staff (2 only that i can think of) but the rest including the manager gets less than 1 star from me.

I have to say that I can't even provide one star for a ratting for this location. The staff working at this site are extremely unprofessional. The manager at this location really needs to get a handle on the behavior of their employees. I was in the drive thru and I heard the entire conversation going on with the staff while waiting for them to take my order. The conversation wasn't even related to Dunkin Donuts. Once my order was taken I was told "come around". Then when I arrived to the window I was so displeased with the customer service I couldn't even speak. The girl at the window then turned to another employee off to the side and said, "she's pissed", handed me my card and said, "you have a better day HONEY". My name is not honey, if she wanted to call me by name, she should have looked at my card that I paid with. I can tell you, I will never return to this location.

I love this DD restaurant. I live in Westfield, but I work in Springfield. I go there every other morning for my usual espresso drink. I love all the morning staff. I'm truly pleased with their service and excellent professionalism. I plan to complete their DD survey in order to fully express my gratitude for this specific DD location.

Very unproffessional staff. Rushed me through drive thru. And then i get home after a 12 hour night shift and realize I dont Have my overpriced sandwich so I called and was on the phone with someone for not even 20 seconds and tried to explain that I didnt receive my sandwich and was told I dont have all day to talk to you about a sandwich and then hung up on me. I will never return there again.
