Friendly's

Decided to eat here to celebrate good grades! Service was great, friendly staff and quick service. Food was cooked just right and it didn’t take forever to get it. We also got ice cream and when my daughter accidentally dropped hers when scooting over the manger, Jenn was so sweet and brought her a new scoop. Plan to come back to celebrate the end of the school year next week! Definitely recommend this Friendly’s and the prices are great for this single momma’s wallet!

Wow! What can I say! We arrived as a party of 15. They got us ready asap and sat us. We not only ordered food but we ordered ice cream. Everything came got and fresh (for the food) and nice and cold and well made(for the ice cream). My nephew didn’t realize his meal had dressing on it and they immediately fixed it and made him a new one. Super happy and can’t wait to go back. The manager Jenn and her staff are amazing!

Absolutely horrible at this location. We waited 45 minutes to get our food and My french onion burger was as hard as a hockey puck and had burnt cheese as hard as stone, literally could have chipped a kids tooth. After another 20 minutes they finally brought another after everyone else was done eating. The manager Julie was less then willing to help out with the bill. I STRONGLY DO NOT!!! RECOMMEND GOING HERE

This place has been going down the tubes for some time now... took my son there last night just to get a quick scoop of ice cream. Walked in and stood near the hostess stand for a little over 10 minutes while I watched the employees joke, eat, text on their phones etc. Started to get frustrated and asked if we could be seated. One of the employees that had been standing just on the other side of the counter for the entire time said "we don't start people after 9pm, you can get takeout though." So nobody thought to say anything to us the entire time they saw us standing there. Walked over to the takeout counter and had a clear view of the absolutely disgusting kitchen. Waited another few minutes still watching the majority of the employees having a grand old time...a few of them were just getting off their shifts so they were standing back there with their purses on, taking and distracting the ones that were still on the clock. Finally a girl comes over and starts screaming to the other employees for someone to bring her a Keycard to unlock the register. We've now been in the store for over fifteen minutes. Someone brought the key card over and in the meantime two people in line behind us had already walked out. Got my scoop of ice cream (without the one going i asked for) and left.

It's Friendly's...I had ice cream & my daughter had food & ice cream. The service was extremely slow even though there were plenty of employees. Not many patrons. My daughter got quesadilla's w/ fries & that took a while to come & took even longer for my ice cream. The tables all around us were dirty. 6 dirty tables. There were people who entered, waiting to be seated & no one greeted them. They were standing there for at least 8 minutes. I walked up to pay & it took about 3-4 minutes to cash out & they were still standing there as we were walking out. The server we had was nice, but slow. I asked for a sundae spoon & she said they didn't have any clean ones. She offered to run some through the dishwasher, but I just ate my ice cream w/a regular small spoon. There was ice cream sitting & melting up at the fountain area. Melted ice cream being served! I worked at Friendly's many years ago & this would not have been ok. Especially being right next to corporate! Didn't see a manager either. I wanted to seat those people & tell someone to clean those tables, get back there & help w/grill & fountain so bad. 🤦🏾‍♀️
