Mcdonald's

Terrible service. They have just a few good crew members there. The rest are rude and impatient. The lady at the second window today practically threw my order at me before going back to her conversation, then snatched it back when I finally caught her attention and explained that she gave me the wrong bag (I thought y’all weren’t allowed to take food back after a customer has touched it? For food safety reasons?) and immediately barked at me to go park and shut the window. My order was brought out to me without a drink or the dipping sauce I ordered. The person who brought my order out was polite and brought me my drink after two trips (one to bring me my order, and one to come back and ask what drink I needed) but I didn’t want to spend even more time to walk in for the sauce so I just left. I’m really disappointed that this is my neighborhood store. Come here frequently and at least 50% the time I am missing items, handed the wrong order or rushed through the line. Worked at another local McD’s for about a year in 2020-2021 and we never provided such a horrible customer experience, even on a bad or busy day and even before our pay was bumped up above minimum wage. I really hope they treat and train their crew better in the future. Edit: To top it all off, they gave me old, limp, tough fries in the wrong size, and my McChicken isn’t even cook to order like I ordered. What a joke.

Super irritated at this McDonald’s . I have five young kids went through the drive up ordered food when I got up to the window asked them for a sweet-and-sour sauce For my order said they couldn’t give it to me because it was a whole new transaction just one sweet-and-sour sauce he told me I needed to go through the drive-through again or go walk in to grab one a little bit ridiculous if you ask me . I have not seen Other McDonald’s act like this.

Late night staff is pathetic, except for the cleaning guy, he's cool. I'm a truck driver, so i couldn't fit in the drive-thru. I respectfully got the cleaning guys' attention, and he alerted the staff to the situation. They said they couldn't do anything. I just drove up here from San Diego, and I'm on my way to the East Coast. All i wanted was a little cheeseburger, and they couldn't even do that. I'd give no stars if i could

Horrible! First, I was in line and 3 cars from other line were helped before he got to me. He dropped my coins and didn't care, gave me no receipt. I get to the second window for the one item I ordered and waited while two girls chatted and laughed. My mcfluffy was sitting on counter whole time. I get their attention, she gives me my shake and walks off so I can't tell her there's a issue with it. Which was it was very melted, 3/4 full, barely any Oreo on top and not mixed. I did stop in here quite often but I won't be going back to this store again!
