Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

My younger daughter had never been to Olive Garden and wanted to try it. Haven't been in YEARS! I was reminded why as soon as we walked in. Three hosts who appeared confused/in conflict at the seating podium. We waited about 3 minutes for them to acknowledge our party. Ok...no biggie. We are seated promptly once acknowledged. We are told our server is new...had just started a week ago. She was polite, but clearly (& expectedly) nervous. We ordered...all good. Salad, soup, breadsticks arrive. Breadsticks were super salty! Salad and soup (Chicken Gnocci) were very good. A server (not ours) brings our dinners and announces "I have your food." Ok, wonderful! After a few seconds of silence, my husband indicates he ordered the lasagna. Server is seemingly glad he makes the announcement 🤦‍♀️ from there server announces the rest of what she had on her tray and we claim our meals. We had ordered wine upon arrival...that didn't show up until half way through dinner because "the bar was backed up." Sadly the meal I ordered (Grilled Chicken Margarita) was a plate ¾ filled with unseasoned broccoli and two small medallions of chicken that were overly salty & barely warm. My youngest and husband found their meals to be decent and my older child ordered shrimp scampi which was underwhelming/lacking in flavor. If I had to rate the meal and experience, I'd give it a 6. It just isn't for us and having tried again, we were reminded why. That being said, restaurant was clean and cleaning/disinfecting of tables after a party's departure was adequate.

This food was horrible. I’m NEVER EVER EVER EATTING FROM HERE AGAIN. The noodles was PLAIN. And the chips from the spinach artichoke dip was HARD. The bread was TOOOOO SALTYY. TOOO MUCHHH peppers on my plate. The chicken was SOGGYYY. I DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE EATTING HERE ANYMORE! The noddles form the spaghetti WAS PLAIN NO SEASONING.

After a 12 Hour fast. My wife and I decided to go have our only meal. The service was going great. When my food arrived after 23.57 minutes. My entire plate was cold. The broccoli was cold, the baked chicken was extremely cold. That the Cheese was solid . The manager came and was trying to assist. He claimed hie redid the meal. I wasn't able to eat the food. The few bites I had was disgusting. I will never dine at this location again. I encourage anyone to Never fine at this Olive Garden. It's not worth your Stomach pains.

The food was delicious as per usual, however I ordered drinks with my to go order and never received them. I was told I would get compensation for the missing drinks and I never received it. All in all, great location to go to, IF you plan on sitting down for your meal. JUST DON'T EVER ORDER A TO GO MEAL WITH DRINKS and expect to get them 😅
