Service was horrible. They got order wrong, had to go back into restaurant. Got home found the had not given one of the sandwiches properly. On ly a half cup of coffee (which was cold). I understand there is a "pandemic" but service is still important.
I give a 1 star review......

I just left the drive thru and I am very disappointed. I asked for no mayo on my whopper and I open my sandwich to check. The mayo was scraped off. Look at the pic for proof of my mozzarella sticks after I bit into it not knowing it wasn't going to be fresh and delicious. Absolutely disgusting, I see why they have a C. The mozzarella sticks are brown inside.

It was really bad. The two up front were playing tonight. One wore gloves playing with the door touching everything . The glass at drive thru and sink everything really dirty. Unnecessary wait times. Long line people leaving. Scored a C. All I got was a kids meal that took 30 minutes. I wouldn't even let my grandson eat it. It's really gone down lately. I'm not going back. I sure loved breakfast there at one time. Just nasty.

Full blown food poisoning. Two days of hell. Should have believed that low C (72) proudly displayed on the window. What did I expect? Look at their labor pool...

First and last time going to this location. Mozzarella sticks are hard smell like old grease and not sure what the inside is, but it is definitely not mozzarella cheese. My chicken sandwich was black and smelled like old grease as well. I've worked fast food and this is definitely not up to good standards. I know many employees that say dont go there it's terrible. Take their advice and dont go there.

Horrible beyond belief. Sat in line for close to 30 minutes after ordering. Order was not priced right, taken correct or even received correct. Fish was extremely dry and bun hard. Whopper was like leather. Neither condiments correct. Had to ask for napkins before I even pulled off. Should have checked entire bag. This was not the first time I have been disgusted with this store, it will be my last.

Not the best fast food experience, but definitely not the worst. Recently scored a C on their health card. Drive-thru was slow, and got no napkins, straws, or ketchup with our order.

Very slow. Took 30 minutes to go through the drive thru. Ordered a Bacon King which was good. Also ordered their mozzarella sticks. They were awful. Outside was way over cooked and the inside was a substance that was like yellow rubber. Never seen yellow mozzarella before.
Every trip to Springfield Burger King ends up with something wrong. I love Burger King but just not this location.
