Relaxed place where to eat a good crepe, brunch or breakfast. The waitreses were amazingly friendly and helpful. They helped me through the online process to order in an easy and positive way. I tried the crepe with strawberries, wiped cream and nutella. In my opinion they put too much nutella on it, but apart of that, the crepe was really good.

Really clean and friendly place; Ag was very welcoming and explained the pancake /coffee deal so that’s what we had !
The Mexican chicken was delicious

My granddaughter and I shared a Banana Crepe at Crêpeaffaire in St Albans. She had a Hot Chocolate and I had a Latte.
My latte should've been hotter. The Crepe was delicious.

I’ve been in this branch many times as I’m local. Food is good, sometimes can be better but generally tasty. Most of staff are friendly and helpful. However, a staff who seemed to be manager due to not wearing uniform has a very appalling attitude. I see her often speaking to staff in a rude arrogant way but nothing with me directly until last time I saw door opened and assumed it’s open, times here says open (it was 9:03) she told me in a very rude way “ closed closed wait 15 min” as if I’m a begger or stealing something !! I asked her to speak gently as this is unacceptable. Bare in mind it was meant to be a special treat for my daughter and she wished to go to crepe affair and felt very dissatisfied. Ofcourse I left and didn’t go back. Please check the behavior of staff especially who are meant to be role models. I would like to mention a lady who served us once and was such a sweetheart, polite and welcoming. I don’t know her name but I remember the date and I think she deserves to be acknowledged. I can send an email of what happened, if someone other than the lady is checking them and taking responsibility for improvement. Please take into consideration the attitude and what you represent. I’m now not sure if I would like to go again or not.

I visited this restaurant 3 years ago and had a very bad food quality experience. I used to give it 2 stars for the review. and don't think about going back again. But when I decided to go back in June 2023, I found that the crepes here were delicious, they had improved the quality, the coffee was good, so I went back in July 2023 and the crepes were excellent. But the waffles could have been better. However, I gave it 5 stars for this new review, and I'm definitely going back.

Friendly staff, nice choice of crepes sweet and savoury.
Could do with bigger type on the menu so I could read it!

Food delivered quickly to our table. Nice loose leaf proper tea in pot.

I found the waffle extremely delicious, the price was fair and the service was fast. My friend also found her crêpe lovely, she went for the ferrero rocher crepe and was extremely impressed. We definitely will return!

I was on holiday from South Africa - The staff there are incredible, they are so friendly and welcoming! My order took longer then expected - they gave me a free coffee and crep for the delay. The food was delicious! Definitely recommend 👌
