Hi Way Pizza

They've changed a whole lot over the years. It used to be the best pizza place in town with a pizza buffet on Wednesday nights, but they haven't done that for years. The kitchen is pretty inconsistent and if you order something once and really like it, chances are, when you order that same thing again the next time it will taste completely different. Not necessarily terrible, but not what you were expecting. The desserts though 🤌 amazing! We don't come here as often anymore but maybe a couple times a year because it's nostalgic for me.

The service was great! Our server was timely, patient, and thoughtful. We went around 2pm on a Tuesday and there was one other person there. I also got the deep fried mozzarella which were triangle shaped. The food was excellent. It was hot, fresh, and they used quality ingrediants. I could also tell the kitchen took care and payed attention to detail. The bathrooms were clean as well which was nice. I love this place I'm never dissappointed.

This does not look like Chicago type pizza I asked the waitress how long he’s been making pizza she said two years I would not give that to even one of my customers at one of my restaurants Plus the wings that we received was freezer i’ve been a pizza business for 32 years Waitress was new on top if one of my employees knew about that the customer was unhappy and didn’t come to one of the managers or me I’ll be very disappointed in my worker

Ate here an evening last week. There was only two other tables with possibly three at each table during the entire time we were here. We ordered two side salads and a crusty pizza. The center of the pizza was not done and doughy; hence the cheese slid off the pizza. (The cheese was a little scarce.). We ordered a pepperoni pizza with mushrooms and received a ham pizza??? We ate it anyway. They said “sorry!” I remember years ago…having great pizza here…last week not!

Over the past three months, we have tried to order pizza from them three times. Each time, the order has been accepted, and then we we go to get the pizza, the restaurant has been closed. This has occurred when using their own website. While not a crisis, each time we have been planning an event with friends, and needed to figure out food on the fly afterwards. Therefore, this is a place with ok pizza, but is wildly unreliable. Basically, I cannot trust this place to actually do the work that they agreed to. If you want to order food and trust that it will actually be ready, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
