Papa Johns Pizza

We used to order here once a week and it was awesome! Not sure what happened but as of the last 6 months or so we’ve been getting it less and less and finally have decided to stop ordering from this location. Every time our order is wrong and/ or missing items/undercooked. The consistency has just gone really down hill. We order the same thing almost every time and every time it’s different. And it’s nothing complicated.

Almost covid 19Virus Petri Dish! I ordered a pick up today, and when I go there, I was really shocked. None of their employees wear their mask appropriately!!!!!!! They don't cover their nose with the mask!!! One of their employee was coughing badly!!! I don't know whether Papa Johns has trained their employees during this pandemic. For your life concern, please think twice before ordering.

After placing our order, having issues of finding the address on psu campus, we finally were able to order. We were told 25 minutes for delivery. After 40 minutes, call to check on our order and the first guy says oh we are just getting ready to leave, then a girl gets on and says oh I voided that order because I didn't have a driver. It would have been nice to know, we are working and on a certain amount of lunch time. We could have had time to order elsewhere.

I called to order carry out. I asked to pay over the phone and for them to bring it out to me when I arrive because I spend time with people at high risk of COVID. The person on the phone said no we don’t have anyone available who can come out to the curb to give you the food! I said, you mean you can’t walk 3 steps out your door to hand me food?!? And he said no, so I angrily said then I’ll buy from somewhere else, and hung up. He called back a few minutes later and said he checked with his manager and they could bring it out to me, but at this point I don’t trust them to handle my food correctly, so I declined to make a purchase. After a year of COVID, the fact that this was such a hard choice for them to walk 3 steps out their door to near my car is insane! You have many other pizza places to choose from that are sure to be more reasonable.

A few mos ago I order and they charged me for the same pizza 3 times but the pizza was good. Today I ordered for delivery and was paying cash. First they argue the order was never placed then find it as a pick up order not a delivery. They did offer to deliver it behind the other 5 pizza's going out. The girl did offer an apology but she was not the one who took my order according to her it was her DM.
