Great sandwiches. I order the same thing every time with no cheese and 70% of time I get a sandwich with cheese on it. Doesn't matter if I order on the phone or I'm staring right at you while you put cheese on my sandwich ( to which I get you out of your autopilot mode and remind you) This was our order, the minus symbol is a bad system, please use the word 'no' or something that translates better. It really is a majority of the time. Maybe it's the lingering hanger but this happens more often than not, get it together over there But really, wanted to mention it in hopes this might improve my odds Thanks Your bacon is great

I try to keep low carb so I asked if they had salad. The guy said “anything can be turned into a salad.” “Great”, I say, “I’ll take the chipotle cheese steak. Giant.” Somehow I was charged for two regular subs and they never explained anything. Furthermore it’s like all lettuce. Can not recommend for low carb. Didn’t get what I asked for. Was overcharged.
