Ihop

The server Clinton was great if I could I would give him 5 stars. But the food was horrible. The pancakes 🥞 came out cold 🥶 and my butter 🧈 wouldn't even melt. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs or watered 💦 down 🔻. The bacon 🥓 sausages and ham was definitely rewarmed. After all of that I didn't let the mistakes and shortcomings of the kitchen affect Clinton's tip. I still paid for all of the horrible food too when I could've asked them to take it off of my bill. We literally ate nothing. Thanks again Clinton

I have been here a few times, it's cheap and the food's usually pretty good, but I will not be returning after my last experience. I had a simple order, a hamburger with no cheese. They gave it to me with cheese, it was melted onto the patty so I could not just take it off - but still, it wasn't a big deal, accidents happen and they said they would fix it. What WAS a big deal was the fact that they brought the burger back with the same exact patty, all they did was scrape the cheese off and there was still cheese residue all over the patty. BUT EVEN WORSE, they had flipped the patty over, so that you couldn't see the cheese residue, in an attempt to trick me into thinking it was a different patty. I did not eat it, nor did I pay for it. I didn't order anything else because I was worried about what they might do to the food. Making a mistake is okay, but tricking someone into eating something they specifically said not to put on their food is NOT okay. What if I had a cheese allergy or was lactose intolerant? I specifically asked for no cheese and they tried to TRICK ME INTO EATING IT! If you have a food allergy of any kind, for your own safety DO NOT EAT AT THIS IHOP!

Because I’m stupid I have actually been here 3 times. Each time thinking, “well, maybe they were just having a bad day.” I’ve come to the conclusion that there is no sort of management here whatsoever. Employees just sort of show up and kind of do their job and I guess someone pays them. We waited an unusually long time for our drinks to arrive. While waited we watched other customers wait at the door for over 10 minutes to be seated, no wait staff to be found. Our waitress visited us 3 times during the entire meal. Once to bring our drinks and take our order, once to bring the food, once to bring the check. Thankfully the food was fine and we didn’t really need anything or we never would have gotten it. I’ve attached some photos of the really gross stuff we encountered. The disgusting check book she brought the bill in and the gross straw that she thought I was going to use in my tea. 3rd time isn’t the charm, maybe I’ll be smart and not return.

As soon as we walked in, we weren’t greeted by anybody- but instead we stood and watched two hostesses/waitresses gossiping amongst themselves not even attempting to make eye contact for a minute or so, until one of them asked the other “you want it?” (Referring to us..)...to which we then followed her to our table (still without even a “hello”). Our waitress was nice even though she mistook me for a boy while i am simply a girl with short hair. That i can deal with. But the service however was sloppy, food barely warm, hostesses have attitude and in my final opinion it was a waste of $30. Idk what i expected from an ihop run by college kids tho
