I live on the other side of the Island but while at work decided to order Chinese food. Seen this place is only a couple minutes away. So I ordered. First they charged me more for my lunch combos then what's on the menu. Then when I gave the man the money for the order he caught and attitude because I'm didn't give a tip that he likes. Gonna say he won't come to my job again because he not getting a tip. Yet was it ok to charge me more for my meal? I think not.... And the food isn't even good. I should of waited until I got off work to eat.

Solid Asian cuisine here . Mostly order soups and appetizers . Quick prep - never a problem with order. Parking is awful .

food is always ‘ok’, my biggest issue is that the delivery driver did not follow delivery instructions and covid safety twice. i ordered myself dinner and a few hours later my brother. i placed the order on grubhub and chose no contact delivery, and in the notes asked the driver to not ring the bell and leave the bag on my porch. Both times the driver arrived, rang the bell multiple times and did not leave the food on the porch but proceeded to hand it to me twice.

My new favorite place! I have not found many good Chinese restaurants in my delivery area & the one I order from is ok, but always has at least an hour wait! Today my food from Lucky Fortune literally came in 13 minutes! I have never EVER received a food delivery that fast! So far, so good! I’ve eaten from here 3x in the last week and a half! It comes hot & delicious! Reminds me of Chinese food when I was a kid in Brooklyn!

Ordered from this place for a small party I was hosting. First off the portions were small, I called them upon realizing and there large is in the round smaller container. They stated it's the same size which they are totally not. They did send over another portion to compensate, which means they knew they tried taking me for a ride. Dumplings (shrimp and pork) were so doughy and empty with barely any filling. Food had no taste what so ever. Opened an order of Shrimp and broccoli and the smell from the rotten shrimp was unbearable. I could've and should've complained but decided to throw it out and never order from here again. This is an honest review. I had no pun with this place prior to ordering because this is the first time I ordered from here. Lucky Fortune management, If you see this review you really need to have some quality control in your kitchen. GOOD LUCK!

Owner seems too rigid, no customer service interaction skills but food is very good. Second time ordering from them and spring rolls not greasy this time. Egg roll crispy and delish. The sesame chicken, yummy. Strictly a take out joint, zero ambience.

I use to live in Great kills and would order from Lucky Fortune all the time. Especially their Sushi. It was to die for. I loved it so much. I moved to PA and missed it so much. Finally after years I went back. Ordered $100 worth of food. A ton of different sushi rolls and my mother and sister ordered soup, rice and garlic chicken and pepper steak. All of their food was completely bland. My sushi rolls we're disgusting. The 🍣 was not only bland but, falling apart and to top it off (I didn't notice this my sister showed me after we ordered) the front of the menu said something about being under renovation and how they were trying new things). Whatever they are 'trying" isn't working. The food there has ALWAYS been a bit on the expensive side but, the food was worth it. It is definitely worth it now. The $100 I spent would have been worth it anywhere else but here.
