Pronto Pizza

We order from here all of the time & to be honest it does not compare to the Bay Street location. Tonight we ordered a grandmas Sicilian and the dough was so dry and the crust was like a rock you could have cracked a tooth. The regular-1/2 pepperoni pie was so greasy I get it the pepperoni creates a lot of oil but the bottom had black burnt specks all over it which just proves the ovens are not being cleaned properly through out the day. Honestly disappointed either they’re just lazy or don’t know what they’re doing. Do better people. Not worth $47 at all.

-3 🌟's People need to stop ordering from chain restaurants like this. Quality control is bad and so is management, as far as stuff going out for deliveries. I'm telling you local pizza restaurants are more humble and they take care of there livelihood at the end of the day. Don't have people work for you that didn't have any anything invested in the business. Just another Domino's

Only thing actually good is their Buffalo slice. Their garlic knots are a disgrace to garlic knots. Their just small balls of dough (not even knotted) hardly any garlic & are straight up dry every time. I use to like Their Buffalo chicken rolls, now they make em with breaded fried chicken inside & Their not the same. Slices are small & they are very over priced. They will charge u for anything even a little blue cheese or ranch if u want it w/a Buffalo chx roll they will charge you for it. Even a little sauce w/ their terrible garlic "knots" they getchya. Their kids chicken fingers are just old fried chicken cutlets chopped up, barely editable you have to dig around hard to try & find a soft piece. Tried it 2 times for my kids & second time was worst than the 1st. Right in the Garbage. They use to have nice fresh Buffalo wings but now those are garbage too, frozen, coated in breading, deep fried & sauce on top, soggy, more $$ in garbage lol. Tried once to get kids speggeti but wanted to substitute for garlic/oil instead of red sauce, offered to pay more, they said no substitutions even if I pay more, it's a no. Not ordering from here anymore, it's "pizza on the plaza" for me, don't know why I didnt order delivery from their sooner when I know they're good & nice owner always their making food himself, maybe it's cause they close earlier.

My family has always loved the pizza from this place. The food here has always been great. But today when I went in to pick up food I ordered online, one of the employees tried to kick me out by repeatedly telling me that the "bubble tea is next door". (Apparently the fact that I am of asian descent is a big deal here) As much as I would hope he meant no harm, I do have to point out profiling a paying customer and trying to reject him this way is not within the interest of the business itself. Ultimately the incident was totally unnecessary and in poor taste.

This was by far the worst square pie I have ever had. The crust was chewy and stale. The pizza was highly salty. I will never purchase from here again. Disgusting!!! Hard as a rock. If I am paying for a fresh pie then that’s what you should give your customer, not some crust that you had sitting in the back that you decided to add sauce and cheese to.
