As an expert in delis, I felt compelled to write a review. I'm a former truck driver who's visited nearly every deli in the island, this is probably my favorite. The staff is great. Not only they're always friendly but they're always hustling to make sure everyone gets their order quickly. The bagels, baked goods, sandwiches are all excellent! Other delis that I've stopped going to should take a lesson from this great place.

Best bagels around! Fresh, I was there well after noon, bagels were still warm!
Workers there were outstanding. There was a long line but it went very quickly.

Bagels and breakfast sandwiches are fine. Coldcut hero I got today was extremely thin for the price. And coffee was weak.

The bagels are just as good as the Heartland location on Richmond Avenue. The only difference is this place isn't kosher. Pro - bacon is available. Con - no Jewish items like Mandel bread. The chocolate croissants are also a slightly different style. Not a bad thing, just a point of interest.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an egg bagel. Should have been simple enough. The kid working there asked what I wanted four times. The sandwich ended up being made upside down with the bagel covered in egg yolk (I mean COVERED!), no cheese, the bagel cut only halfway through, and instead of an egg bagel they gave me an egg everything.

Second time here for bagels and donuts. Both are great and the service was fast and courteous. We didn’t know about the donuts but they patiently explained what all of them were. Delicious - by the way. Can’t wait to try their lunch sandwiches.

Great bagels. Great donuts. Don’t go in on a hot day though. You can’t breathe and you feel bad for the staff. The owners should be more considerate of their patrons and staff.
